I highly doubt you can learn Japanese just by watching these videos. I have been learning alone since January so maybe I can give you a few tips on how to start. I just found this channel as I'm preparing for N4. First you should learn hiragana and katakana by hand. It's good to know how to write them and surely is the easiest way to remember them like this. You should do 5/10 letters a day. It will take you 5/7 days to finish each. After this, you should learn some basic kanji. For kanji, I recommend to learn from some apps that provide only basic necessary kanji (as there's too many and you don't need all obviously, just the ones that are often used). For kanji, you don't have to learn all by hand as it's complicated, I suppose impossible and just not so practical. You will be writing mostly on keyboard, and keyboard always gives you kanji after writing in hiragana. For example "red - aka - あか" . Once you write "A KA" you get recommended kanji. So it's "A KA - あか - 赤". As long as you can recognize these kanji, it's enough. I recommend 1 to 3 new kanjis a day. In meantime, try to expand vocabulary. Learn colors, days of the week, numbers months etc. I'm assuming you watch anime or listen to Japanese music (I do) and then already know and recognize most of the words. So try to find kanji for those. Then of course, you can always search videos like this for grammar etc. For grammar, learn about usage of tsu つ in a sentence, O and N. Also mora's. One thing to keep in mind is that Japanese has a different sentence structure, basically they don't form the sentence the way we do in English. It can be a bit tough at first but you will manage I'm sure. がんばってね (good luck!)
