@@b58.mathieu13 That doesn't mean shit. There are so many factors other than shifting that could be the reason why such as it could have had mods, been on E85 or just running better. I watched the video and I can hear and see his shifts. I mean was it possible for them to be a split second quicker? Perhaps, but to say he doesn't know how to shift is just asinine. They are good, quick shifts, especially for an Mt-82
2nd gen and is also a manual, a auto would prop b a lot closer and the 3rd gen 10 speed would take that bmw to gapplebees … still really impressive tho .. those m340i only come with 380-390 hp .

@@b58.mathieu13 exactly..my races prove that bc the pony cars ive raced were only exhaust headers and its close..intake exhaust tuned m340s will wax any N/A pony car.. and if you change the downpipe and chargepipe with tune your looking at over 500whp easy
Weird I raced a Supra in my Gen 2 and it wasn’t this bad I lost by a half a car , and supras are way faster than any b58 bmw Toyota definitely did it better
Not way faster, I just raced another gen2 6 speed tonight I’ll post the results tonight. He had open headers not just bone stock and I still beat him like this mustang
M340i’s don’t play! Love them.
BMW has always proven you don’t need a v8 to compete with other V8’s but a v8 bmw is always deadly which is why I got my 6 series :) nice car man

This looks about right. The manual gen 2 cars stock are pretty slow. Now if it was a gen 3 it would have been a different story
