The drop itself looked like it was a diaper pose but not all the way- im not sure what that would be called because i’ve never seen that done before? I think it was meant to be a diaper drop but ended up just being done half way-

Yes it's aerial yoga! It uses the same fabric, though aerial silks is often stretchier than what we use for aerial yoga. Aerial yoga is also a little more accessible if you haven't done any aerial before! 🙂
