I know most people hate some new episode for the new SpongeBob, but it is still pretty decent and funny if people willing to check it out rather than just watch some RUclipsr who hates a few episodes and making it seems like the whole new SpongeBob are bad.

What if the "driving student" was the unknown fish in the photo, and was also related to the warden. Maybe this student died of a boating accident, prompting the warden to do this to Mrs. Puff. And when the unknown fish died, it led the authorities over to Mrs. Puff, causing them to discover her crimes. But she got away, changed her name, and started the new boating school (that was funded by the money she stole from bank heists): before the authorities could do anything.
That would explain why he's so adamant on having Mrs puff teach Spongebob. He wouldn't want another uneducated driver out boating

There's one thing that doesn't sit right about him sabotaging Mr. Krabs in court though. Why would he put that krabby patty in the case, especially if they were never intended to get it open? If that was the plan, why not just give them an empty case, or fill it with blank paperwork or something if he needed it to feel like there was something in there so they wouldn't notice? Why fill it with the one thing that this lawsuit is really about? It's unlikely that it's a coincidence that he just happened to use a krabby patty. Using Spongebob as a tool to torture Mrs. Puff and knowing to attack Mr. Krabs to hurt her proves that he's thoroughly familiarized himself with the people in her life and there's no way someone so dedicated to this cause would be so careless as to inject himself into this situation without also being familiar with Krabs and Plankton's history, so he should know that Plankton is obsessed with Krabs' formula and that the krabby patty would be valuable evidence, especially considering Plankton's previous run-ins with the law. Even if he somehow didn't know about this history, you'd think it would come up when he was talking with Krabs to prep for court.

I feel that Mr. Puff is not Ms. Puff's husband but a complete stranger that Mr. Krabs sold out to fishermen so that Mr. Krabs could date Ms. Puff not knowing that Ms. Puff is not her real name

Has anyone watched 50 first dates?
Well, basically in the movie a girl is in a car accident and can't remember past the day after the accident due to brain trauma and has to live everyday as if it was the very next day after the accident.
Anyway, my theory states that while running from authorities, Mrs Puff got in a boating accident. So maybe she's not afraid of SpongeBob, but afraid of the crash. After the crash, before suffering from brain trauma, she took her vow and that's why she refuses to stop teaching SpongeBob and why her paintings are odd and show her doing the exact same thing, such as Lucy from 50 first dates?
