I've luckily been on the road to recovery with holistic's. To hear a rock band clearly making a statement about mental health is amazing. I'm now a fan. Everyone here listening and commenting... you need to listen AND hear your friends and loved ones when they turn to you. You can change a life and most importantly, save a life

Its just not me though. I internalize everything, overanalyze everything, future trip, and dwell. Throw my 2.5 yr old son in there and the hope that he doesn't transcend into me… ooof.. The anxiety is fkn palpable.

I love this song so much. I can’t quite describe it, but this song sounds like dissociation feels and I mean that in the best possible way. The fast background music and the slower singing really feel like everything around you is moving and you feel stuck. This song is absolutely amazing.
