- In this week's vlog I am attending a physical examination in relation to my ADHD and sharing something I wish someone had told me before I went. We pop to Primark for a try on, I share office makeover options and plans then show you what I have bought in a Boden and activewear haul.

I think you would really suit those “workout” dresses with the shorts underneath you totally have the figure for it!!
Can u get a walking treadmill and stand at your island in your kitchen and work there to see if would be beneficial x
I just started to look into a treadmill for under my desk! I already have a stand up desk which I LOVE! Well worth the investment I’m undecided about the treadmill. Plus I’m the same about shorts I’ve always been slim but have a hang up about them. I now live in New Zealand and spend about 8 months in shorts (or dresses) so I’ve just found a few pairs of denims ones which work for me.
Don't shy away from shorts, they all look great on you. I know how you feel though as I struggle with the same confidence with shorts! I think Ikea now do a desk frame that rises up and down too. 😊x

I had an ecg recently and I wore a shirred bust dress so I could pull it down and just have my bra out and not flashing my knickers and could get to the leg 😂 she saw my dress and said oh you'll need to pull that all the way up and I said oh it pulls down and she said oh fab!

Loved the boden shorts and also thought the tennis type skort looked fab, wasn’t a fan of the workout shorts really though as they seemed a funny cut. I’m 50 and wear short shorts live in them especially cycling shorts especially when I’m not at work, but neither cycle or run lol
Completely random observation 😂 but I’ve noticed you’ve started saying kids more regularly over children makes 0 different but my neuro divergent brain can’t stop thinking about it 😂😂😂 very much a me problem I’m aware x
Urm, not sure really 😂 I think it's just as they get older, kids (to me) sounds older than children?
The bright pink Boden shorts look great on you. Keep them! 🩷 The bright colour overrides the fact they're a bit see-through, I think. Like it wouldn't be noticeable.
The first Boden navy shorts are good on you too btw. You definitely suit shorts, your figure is perfect for them.
Skort is definitely not too shorty for forty! 😁

The skort looks ok on you, if you ask me, because you're thin and well proportioned. It might look a bit tawdry if you were very curvy and/or heavier.

I work with children with ADHD as a nurse the medication is basically used to help slow down the impulses and thought processing down enough to help someone think through what they need to do and help them to concentrate.
I’m contemplating requesting referral for assessment for Autism/ADHD (I don’t have impulsivity but I do struggle with planning and maintaining concentration). As I want to understand myself better.
