- This video will show how to change the tires, mostly on wheel removal and reinstallation along with how to fix that annoying brake squeek you get on most bikes when you're coming to a stop. Below I included the torque specs for the 2020 Aprilia RSV4. I think these specs are good for the 2017 to 2020 RSV4 and Tuono's. Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you like the videos and want to see more.
Front Axel: 59 ft-lbs/79.9nm
Front Pinch Bolts: 8.85 ft-lbs11.9nm
Front Caliper: 36.88 ft-lbs/50nm
Rear Axel: 88.51 ft-lbs/120nm
Rear Caliper: 22.13 ft-lbs/30nm
Great video. Thank you.

Great video Devil! I'm telling you, you'll love that Motodynamics Tail Tidy with the integrated LED turn signals!
I'm gonna get one soon. I need it!
@@rsv4pilot114 you won't be disappointed! It pulls it all together!
Hey did you mount the tires yourself or take them to the shop? If you did it yourself how hard was it cause if it's anything like a dirt bike tire I'm gonna just pay someone lol!
@@TheChaz81 So I took my tires to my work at a garage to take the tire on and off using the hydraulic machine. I balanced it at home with my balancer I got from Revzilla. I could have done it all at home but it was faster and easier to do it at my work. I have the tools to do it at home but just made life easier to change it at work.

Thank you so much for sharing the knowledge. My rsv4 has the same brake issue...
Yeah. Most new bikes do. Some more than others. Very common problem. Cars have the same issue. Easy fix. The factory assembles the parts dry. Its supposed to have a little lube on it to make it not squeek and the pads to move around easier.
Hi man. Great vid. Providing loose wheels to the tyre fitters definitely saves money. Good tip on the front wheel direction tape. On question (and it might be an optical illusion with the light), but your rear sprocket teeth looked absolutely shot on one side. I am sure you would have changed it if it was the case but boy do the teeth look worn out at video around 9 mins in. Have to do this very thing next week so will follow the steps shown for sure.
Thanks so much for watching and commenting. The worn sprocket is actually not worn. I think its the way it looked on camera with the way the light hit it. In person, the sprocket is actually in great shape. But good eye spotting something like that.
@@rsv4pilot114 glad to hear it. Thought it was a trick of the light. Keep it up 👍 😃
good vid ! what tool do you use on the left side of the front axle to avoid it spinning while tightening up the bolt on the other side?
@@Largoww I just tighten the pinch bolts on that side
Hello !
It’s 30mm front and 32mm back sure ? Thanks !
Not too much grease on the pads, it gets hot and melts. You don`t want that getting on your discs.
@@NickPhillips-n5k No. Just a thin film.
So you sold your Yamaha 900. Any plans to purchase another bike or are you just going to have the rsv4?
Im gonna get a sport touring bike. I'm just waiting for the right deal to come along. Bike prices now are rediculous
I paid 100 bucks to have my tires put on and dude tipped my bike over if I would of known you did that I would of paid you it took dude forever
Oh man, sorry to hear that. Hope there is not too much damage.
