As someone who is a calligraphy junkie and a "satisfying video" addict I find this both very therapeutic and educational/helpful. Thank you and keep up the good work!!
thanks for these exercises, I've looking for them all over RUclips. For how long do you recommend to exercise? for example 1 hour each day for X days? great channel ;)
+Sandra Álvarez Estrada Hello. I'm happy you like the excersise. I would recommend to warm up (practice) before witing for 30 minutes to one hour as you do.
2pixel.net hello, I'll practice your recommendation, thanks. How much time took you to arrive to the level you have now? Any advice for a beginner? Have a nice day! 2pixel.net
+Sandra Álvarez Estrada Hi you should practice when you have free time or make time for it. 30 to 60 minutes is enough to warm up and to start writing letters. To get better you should practice as often as you can.
So do you recommend warming up for 30 minutes each time you do some calligraphy? What if you just have 15 minutes every day to dedicate to it? You would never get around to doing any actual calligraphy.
Hi thank you for liking the video. The Pencil or Pen are great tools. Pencil is mostly for practice and a Pen is great for practice and final work. They both work differently. There are so many Pens out there that it’s hard to recommend one. If you know what type of calligraphy (gothic, copperplate, freestyle, calligraphity) you want to learn than you can narrow the selection.

can please tell which pencil u used I tried with normal pencil.... but its didn't work ...I tried 2 to3 time
Hi i use a regular pencil Stabilo Schwan 306 HB
+Sneha Parab It's all about the pressure you apply to the pencil. Thin lines soft pressure an thick lines hard pressure. A regular HB Pencil will do.
It's not the pencil, it's all in the hand
Love your videos! Keep up the good work.
I'm trying to start calligraphy, but not sure which writing tool I should use first, pen or pencil?
