Hha Khethelo, you are echoing the sentiments of the late Myles Munroe on the book Single, Married, Separated and Life after divorce. Mina ngiyakuzwa, angazi abanye.... It can't get clearer than this🙌🏾.
Another point I will like to add is that if I'm in a church (meaning im amongst believers and the body of Christ), God is able to confirm who should marry me through my pastor and other believers. God speaks through others especially if they're attentive to the Holy. Spirit.
Are you saying Christian women should go submit to unbelieving husbands? The role of the church is to guide/advice on how to choose partners, not dictate. A woman/ man outside the church must still be a Christian, that remains critical. Marrying a non-Christian is simply wreckless.
He is saying, the choice remains yours. Whether the church guides or not, there is no guarantee that the marriage with a Christian spouse will last. But ultimately, the decision is yours.
Finally!!! I am screaming because I 100% agree with this 🙌🏽. We recently had a podcast talking about love in the church and the Pastor eloquently explained this (ruclips.net/video/FPsQrAti1s8/видео.htmlsi=oAVOJlnY0McofYbS). What a powerful and honest presentation! Thank you! Relationships are super-personal!
I’m not sure but it is a seventh day Adventist church they are located all over the world depending upon where you are you can probably just google it or enquire from someone
On faith and relationships -- This pastor uses human wisdom and when you carefully read between lines-- He is encouraging Adventists to Marry from other denominations: Very misleading! Faith is critical
Read your bible please and follow those people he mentioned and more you will see reality in his lesson. And get him right is not saying you should marry from other dominion but is saying no one mandatory to guide you where to marry neither church, he is just open your mind.
You are the kind of people who are rigid and think that the messages of the bible are limited to Adventist ...you forget that the things posted on you tube reach even the non adventists...stop being hypocritical and drop the religious pride.. Im sure I have gained more in this sermon more than you... Instead of listening to pure message , true to biblical standards , you are focused on the error.. this pastor is very clear to the bible and he is doctrinal...keep your righteousness to yourself and learn to listen with n honest heart!..
I guess this is to avoid marrying someone you don't like. Liking someone, being drawn to your partner is important. I guess that's why you can just marry any born again man. I believe God can guide you to choose out of the people that you like, and God can even place a liking/desire in you for someone that who is your marital partner. Ultimately it's important to align and communicate your choice with God.
I disagree with this preaching. I don't hear him saying anything about consulting with God. Kante, what is the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives? What happened to "you shall see them by their fruit"? How about that as a standard for choosing a life partner? Of course you shouldn't choose a church boy/ girl for a husband/wife but you must choose a God- fearing man/ woman who bears the nine fruit of the Holy Spirit, because it's not about church it's about God. It sounds like he is encouraging Christians to marry people who don't have a relationship with God. Those people in the Bible were human like everyone, but I don't think they should be used as an example.

My take home here is...."the key to a happy marriage is whether you know what you are in it for" you nailed it there my brother!
How i wish to listen attentively but there are so many glitches on the video.
That is great point your relationship with your God is the most important thing in the new relationship with your partner.
Amen Suitability with each other is important. I love that point.
Another point I will like to add is that if I'm in a church (meaning im amongst believers and the body of Christ), God is able to confirm who should marry me through my pastor and other believers. God speaks through others especially if they're attentive to the Holy. Spirit.
That's a beautiful perspective on seeking confirmation from God through the church community. It's great to have that support and guidance.
😅😅😅
My take from this, before you even get to thinking of this, define your faith then move in that light.
That's great advice, defining your faith can provide a strong foundation for your journey!
Rare preaching. Siyabonga for guiding us

Man ofGod you are right... powerful message...let us stop faking things of God..n be real i believe you are 98% right.

I 100% agree with the Ps.
Faith is critical for relationships
Pls beam the verses mfundisi so that we can follow easily

🙌🙌
They use verse like,God said:it is not good for a man to be alone, they force/pressure us to marry 😢
It's important to remember that marriage should always be a personal choice.
Where's this church located??
Amen!
Has this guy opened his church?? I'm seeing branding behind is his name

Exactly my point, i am confused on some of the things he said.
Listen to the video again…..you will get it
He is saying, the choice remains yours. Whether the church guides or not, there is no guarantee that the marriage with a Christian spouse will last. But ultimately, the decision is yours.
Is it about a lasting marriage or is it about obeying what God says?@@bonakelekunene5959
The video is choppy

Hi. Where is the church based?
I’m not sure but it is a seventh day Adventist church they are located all over the world depending upon where you are you can probably just google it or enquire from someone
On faith and relationships -- This pastor uses human wisdom and when you carefully read between lines-- He is encouraging Adventists to Marry from other denominations: Very misleading! Faith is critical
He is not misleading but telling the truth, am a SDA and they are guys who go to church for the sake of parents
He's not misleading, but this is the ideal.
Read your bible please and follow those people he mentioned and more you will see reality in his lesson. And get him right is not saying you should marry from other dominion but is saying no one mandatory to guide you where to marry neither church, he is just open your mind.
True

Ummmn man of God.....go back to the bible and lift it up above your personal views amd taste
This is getting more & more controversial. Does God consider feelings when it comes to choosing partners?

It's definitely a topic that sparks a lot of discussion!
Absolutely, choosing a life partner is a big decision that shouldn't be taken lightly. It's crucial to have a strong connection and shared values.

I also disagree with him
