1:47 - I think they intended for people to choose difficulty settings that made the game more fun, not to necessarily to chase max XP. The affliction settings incentivize using cover instead of tanking or bruteforcing your way through combat. Enemy combat damage at higher levels gives enemies increased fire rate and accuracy. Player combat damage at high levels just makes enemies bullet sponges, which isn't fun. Afflictions, and susentance settings really contribute to more of an RPG/sim kind of feel to the game, it's great.

Does increasing the difficulty only affect XP? I think it used to affect legendary drops too and maybe even better gear drops in general.

I don't like this custom dificulty setting my normal normal dificulty gave me 20 per kill before now it gives 7 unless I modify even at 45%I get 15 per kill mind am just starting out but before it was 20

The Game needs ASAP: player made custom ships desings - then only it Will be a True Starfield game. - allready made 100+ ships desings for all players on planet. Thx again
