Fleshgod is a really versatile band. They go from extreme metal with "The Violation", to really melodic with "Epilogue". Btw, "Pendulum" is about a near-death experience of the vocalist Francesco. I don't know the details, he was rock climbing and had a really big fall. But now he's fine hahah
