it is a visual sizzle reel for internal artists so that's why there no gameplay save for the quick clips as the player traverses some destroyed area, plus considering this came out after the CITcon where they showed off gameplay and mechanics being worked on in s42 before coming to SC your wrong in this instance. what your essentially doing is getting flustered at the equivalent of the Visual effects in a leaked file sent out to visual artists to see the current state of a few scenes in an upcoming movie only to say that said movie is clearly has no true story or depth to it and only pretty visuals because its not on one of your streaming apps yet.
It already happens and its not a huge deal. The regular gear you wear/use doesn't cost all that much money or time to get. The harder part is remembering to bring everything you need where you're going.
Chris Roberts unfortunately loves Fromsoftware's approach to gamedesign and I hope to god they give us the option of midmission checkpoints so you don't have to start the whole damn mission again when you died.
@@hansyolo9649 If you mean the single player, I'd look towards Wing Commander to see what they have in mind. If you mean the multiplayer, there's no checkpoints, you wake up at a medical bed. If development continues in that speed, we can play the game in VR... :D looks amazing. The characters could use s bit more reds, though. They look really pale.
Have you actually *tried* SC the last few months? And I mean more then just logging in. Some missions for instance has to be unlocked through the faction relationship system. There's a lot of bugs, but just talk with some of the veterans and they can help you learn the workarounds to avoid them.

Constant broken promises and lies in the first few years.
I bought 2 packs, one for me and one for my son 8 years ago. My son doesnt play on his PC any more. That was a waste of money.
I bought it for the single player SQ42. I keep trying the various Alpha versions, but they are so buggy and rarely seem to progress enough to bother. It is coming on slowly, hopefully I'm alive when it realeases.
CDPR will produce The Witcher 4 faster...
i would hope, they have mechanics done and can reuse things and assets like most other games.
bet this will come out before witcher 4
Lol what is this soundtrack? WOOF
they would have done a LOT better if they focused on the single player game FIRST released THAT THEN did the online universe..........in my view. this thing is taking FOREVER lol.
Without focusing on the online Universe they couldn't get as much funding.
Fly-bys of various environments and almost nothing in the way of actual gameplay.
Business as usual, then.
Wtf 720 p
"leaked"
This video was leaked intentionally lol
именно таким должен быть Mass Effect)
не вышедшим набором ассетов?

wtf is this music ;(
Idk why they called this spoilery just looks like pretty visuals. Almost didn't watch it because of how much CIG didn't want this out there
Yeah I mean it's all pretty much just stuff that I imagine would be in the trailer for the official release anyway.
720p facepalm
I have the impression that Squadron is ready, but it won't come out until Star Citizen is almost ready.
Beginning of video and soundtrack gives Freelancer vibes
THIS i known its not only me
I thought Freespace, with a wink to Babylon 5.
Can’t wait to play this in 2032

just a couple of unfinished unpolished in work sequences...clickbait nothing else
Oh, it's 9 minutes of really stunning in-engine visuals...and absolutely 0 gameplay. Yep this leak is 100% credible then.
Exactly this, it's just another future trailer with zero in-game footage to encourage players to pump even more money into this shit show 🙄
it is a visual sizzle reel for internal artists so that's why there no gameplay save for the quick clips as the player traverses some destroyed area, plus considering this came out after the CITcon where they showed off gameplay and mechanics being worked on in s42 before coming to SC your wrong in this instance.
what your essentially doing is getting flustered at the equivalent of the Visual effects in a leaked file sent out to visual artists to see the current state of a few scenes in an upcoming movie only to say that said movie is clearly has no true story or depth to it and only pretty visuals because its not on one of your streaming apps yet.
Yep, this game has zero gameplay besides walking and shooting stupid AI. Even Doom has richer gameplay...
Its a leak dude...
(And there is gameplay, are you blind or what)
@@deanrichardsonasfreddiemercury Better than Cyberpunk 2077 😆

Prepaid for this game years ago.....gave up on it ever coming out 😡
Losing your stuff on death will be this game's doom.
It already happens and its not a huge deal. The regular gear you wear/use doesn't cost all that much money or time to get. The harder part is remembering to bring everything you need where you're going.
Also: insurance is a thing.
Chris Roberts unfortunately loves Fromsoftware's approach to gamedesign and I hope to god they give us the option of midmission checkpoints so you don't have to start the whole damn mission again when you died.
@@hansyolo9649 they got no respect for your time.
@@hansyolo9649 If you mean the single player, I'd look towards Wing Commander to see what they have in mind. If you mean the multiplayer, there's no checkpoints, you wake up at a medical bed. Sometimes a mission will have a medical bed, but after it will reset back to your home planet, so you have to go back to your station of choice to reset respawn location.
If development continues in that speed, we can play the game in VR... :D looks amazing. The characters could use s bit more reds, though. They look really pale.
Meanwhile: SQ42 = SCAM * Star Citizen = double SCAM (no updates since weeks...)
I payed also many years ago and now I realized that my cash is lost...
Have you actually *tried* SC the last few months?
And I mean more then just logging in.
Some missions for instance has to be unlocked through the faction relationship system.
There's a lot of bugs, but just talk with some of the veterans and they can help you learn the workarounds to avoid them.
They should just divert all attention to this. A much more achievable goal and looks amazing.
Is it a troll? 😂
Gave the guy $30 what? 11 years ago, and all i got was this leaked video. lol
Looks old and outdated.. Maybe this is from 2014?
You can compare to SQ42's first demo in 2015, the quality gap was vastly upgraded since.
They're just trolling. Or maybe visually impaired. Or maybe both.
Are you talking about your eyesight ?
Come on, as a real fanboy, this has to look like of 2003.
@@WilhelmImperatorRex You must've been born in 2005 or something like that. Every 90's kid remembers how games looked like back in the early 2000's. 🤣
Lmaoooooooooooooooooo 50 years of development and its still not out
Cool porn music. Zero gameplay shown, just static environments. 11 years and counting.

it was a Internal Art Review Video
Considering the KS was in Nov'12, it hasn't even been 10 years yet - since it was only announced, not started. But yes, still a long time.
Did anyone say it was supposed to be a gameplay demo ?
This is an art showcase. Literally showing off environments that would have been recently worked on. This is not a gameplay demo or virtical slice.
