A rise ball does not "break up"... You would have the throw the softball over 95 mph with twice the spin rate of the maximum spin rate seen by any professional pitcher in order to possibly start seeing upward lift. All that you are seeing is a ball thrown to reach the catcher before the decline of its parabolic arch. The backspin just helps to slow/prolong the descent.
i know Im asking the wrong place but does anybody know a way to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow forgot my login password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me!
