I tested a 2018 (or 2017?) Spark RC, and swore I’d never buy one. Why? It was a very harsh ride, felt unstable on tech terrain (I was living in New England. Even the Scott rep admitted the riding there was challenging), descending anything steep bordered on scary; the bike was a speed demon, but very unforgiving.
Just seeing this new RC bike, reading it’s specs, this looks like a very different, very forward thinking, very progressive machine. I’m seriously trying to find one to ride, and possibly buy.

Also good to check clean and grease steering/headset bearings. No problem now. I don't worry about looks. Performance is paramount.
