I bought a mint Bullet 20xd with 225XS with sportsmaster Lower unit, 84mph gps, allways wanted a faster boat and now I’m scared of it! I’ve been 74 in it still haven’t aired it out! It takes practice!
Jimmy Cline yes it does, I bet I ran 20 tanks of fuel through my V-bottom learning to drive it,it had a 36 gallon tank.Used to drag race, finally bought a tunnel hull.Too old now,and broke.😉.Good luck, man.Be safe.
I always thought my 20 foot Bullet was harder to drive than my 21 foot Bullet or my Allison. Maybe the set up was never truly dialed in. I have a custom prop on my Allison that helped a lot. Prop place went out of business so I screwed if I spin a hub.
On a 5 mile run: this boat at 103.2 mph saves approximately 72 seconds of time vs. 74 mph bass boat. When the pleasure boaters and wake boats get out there, we all go the same speed anyway. Like driving a Ferrari in rush hour.
actually not. the keel and vee in this boat will make the ride safer, smoother and faster in rough chop compared to a regular production line bass boat. no one really talks the about the boats rough water handling which is excellent and a departure from the pack.
@@stevecox6104 no I'm going to tell you someone is going to drive 100 mph. but I am going to tell you that base on what you said : "we all go the same speed anyway" is not accurate. In legit 2 ft chop I have driven one brand 42 mph and another brand 62 mph. This is a significant difference in speed especially running 60 miles one way. It is all setup and weight distribution. When weight distribution is right working the wheel is limited. Driver skill is always needed, but with the right weight distribution the need to heavily work the wheel goes away.
Allison boats drive like they are on rails. Compared to any other boat I have driven at speeds above 80, Allisons are the easiest, by far. My 202 Blazer was an absolute nightmare above 80, and any little bump in the water would be nearly catastrophic, whereas the Allison can comfortably cross wakes at 80+ and handle some pretty rough shit and still fly really level.

Wont be too much longer before boats will be heavily regulated because of speed. Absolutely no reason to go this fast on a lake. I have almost been run over 3xs by bass boats. They will sell one like this to any Yahoo that can finance it. Absolute insanity!!!
This boat, nor any boat will do this type of speed without a super skilled driver. Kudos to the man behind the wheel.
SEAT TIME BRO....LOL
Yes, and every skilled driver appreciate a great and superior boat.
Oh no shit captain obvious, what other insight do you have
Oh yeah, pushing the throttle all the way forward and going straight on flat water. Crazy difficult…

103mph the perfect trolling speed
Great setup, amazingly stable!!
Allison is a beautiful boat
Remember doing 93 (speedo) in a Allison with my grandpa and his nephew back around late 90s at night.
Allison is like the Grand National of bass boats.
Pipkorn knockoff
Incredible, that's smokin and strokin right there !
Incredible driving
Wow and it didn’t take 4 miles of the lake to get there , Great driving , Giant Balls !!!!!!!!!
For sure, went from 50-90 faster than a lot of cars
Yep those damn 100+mph bass are getting hard as hell to catch these days. I can see why you would need a bass boat that fast!
Stick to 🎾

maybe?
Imagine seeing that at the lake though

Would you rather go 103 in this ore 200 in a 30 year old Jaguar xj220?
Unreal!!
Can’t believe how the boat held a constant 103. It’s an Allison
I wish I had my old Allison back. :(
Should go for a ride in Rodney Kings Allison. Lucedale, Mississippi. Held record for fastest for a while in 1/4 mile
What was top speed
How does this boat fish? I am seriously looking at this and a Phoenix. As well as two other boats.

I had no idea that bass could swim that fast.

WHAT YOU MEANT TO SAY WAS HE SETS THEM UP OR RIGGS THEM OR ASSEMBLES THEM .....BOATS ARE HAND BUILT AT THE FACTORY IN TENNESEE.........

nice!

The air would lift me up around 75 MPH and pull my foot off throttle
How this guy could handle it 🙀
