My brand new house (2000) built in NW Lodi has been flooding since it was built in 2000. Always happens & the City doesn’t do anything to change the situation.
Why would anyone want to build/live on a flood plain? I do not understand the logic behind this.
It's a cheaper "BRAND NEW HOME!"... suckers
@@edwinmalachy You are right!
Buyer beware???
Stockton and Lodi are in flood plains of the central Valley that's why Stockton is known as Mudville due to severe flooding during the 1800's and Lodi was nothing but farm land during that time. Lodi was nothing but a strip mall and farm houses until early 1990 for a reason. Lodi H.S. fields and almost everthing south were always under water with a minimal amount of rain and unfortunately developer's probably knew this was an issue. Do a little research and you will find out. Most of the flooding could easily be averted....
Thats for not tipping
It always floods in Lodi. I was in one of the worst Lodi Flood in history. 4 feet deep. Good thing I live on the second floor. $500k house in a flood zone? Suckers!
Better watch your electrical, my daughter lost her 300 because of it
Build a house in flood plane.. GREAT idea
stuck in old Lodi again~~~🎶🎶🎶🤣😂
They want to make some money on flood insurance. They even sent out flood insurance flyers this season
Money making scams.
$200/ a day, Oakland, California needs to pay community member, refugees, asylum seekers to clean up, California
Flood insurance is essential…..
Smdh @ beachfront property
It sounds like somebody paid off the inspectors
There are whole community of suckers born every day.....and here's the proof. I'm mad at the developers because I didn't do my research before investing hundreds of thousands of dollars on MY new home. Which by the way was built over an existing swamp land that was there for decades, if not centuries.
