    I suggest using a metal bowl for melting. Also just let it melt, no need to constantly mix. Using normal whipping cream is totally fine! It’s not disastrous!

    Hello! Your white chocolate ganache looks amazing! I’m just unsure of the directions. In the words you wrote 100ml of milk but verbally said 100g. I’m used to cups and tablespoons so I’m not certain. Thank you so much! Eager to make it ! 😊

      100 mL and 100 g are the same. 2/5 of a cup if you are using that method, but I highly recommend you get a digital scale, it will make your life much easier, and your baking more consistent. I'm from the USA and I use a scale almost exclusively now.

      Hey, you can use heavy creams too but they are usually sweetened .. so that makes it a lot more sweeter

    Hello! I really really hope someone can help me with this.
    So i wanted to make white chocolate ganache. I did and used the exact same steps in same order. Same temperature, same ingredients.
    I don't know how but like it split like ghee and butter. Like dough and liquid.
    After that i went on RUclips thinking i had done something wrong.
    found your video And like you executed it perfectly.
    Please let me know what could have went wrong and how can I improve it.

      Hey, next time try adding some warm cream and mix vigorously

      you have over whipped the ganach and the cream inside is curdled..

    Hey devi for how much time we have to let it set ? And at what time we can add colour to this i mean if we want to make a colour ganache

      Hey, setting it before whipping will depend on the climate around you. It can take 15 mins to even an hour and half to 5-6 hours also if it’s too hot. As you have to set it in room temperature. Not in the fridge.

      Hey, keep it in a cool room. Pls don’t refrigerate for setting. It will give you uneven set ganache which will be very lumpy. A cake covered in the same coming up soon :)

    Instead of blender can we use hand blender Phillips 650w to blend it

      Ideally use the blender shown. Because it will help in emulsification

    Hi. I made this whipped ganache also added some butter to it and whipped it. When I added gel colour it kind of split. How do we fix that?

      Ideally once you add colour mix it well using a beater. It should come together. If not put colour in your cream before mixing with chocolate

    Hey daivi I'm hug fan of ur banking n I'm also a homemaker I follow ur tips n tricks but I have a problem with white chocolate 😅 I feel white chocolate n me can't stay together whenever I tried to make anything using white chocolate It didn't go well it didn't even melt properly it get very weird so please help me with that

      both whipped n non whipped can be used to frost the cake..non whipped one is more sturdy and is usually used under fondants.. whipped one is more easily spreadable.people usually use whipped one inside of cake and ninwhipped one to cover the cake but there is no rule u can use anyone❤
