Growing a Sweet Potato in a Jar

Here is a great long-term experiment that is suitable for students of all ages. Observe the growing process of a sweet potato over a period of weeks to months. Record its growth, living conditions, and the amount of water the potato consumes over time.

Best way is cut potato in half, long end to other long end , (North to south) place both cut sides down in a little water in a foil baking tray and Boom!!!💥

That makes a lot of leaves, but how many of those stalks can make more potatoes? Can you plant the stalks even if they don't have roots?

To grow more potatoes you will want to plant the potato directly into soil.

very slow.. cut the sp into two dip the cut side into the water same like this..the roots will grow faster you may see this 7 weeks result in one week
