Recipe:
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Water
3 Tablespoons Gochujang
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic minced
1 Yellow Onion sliced thin
Add Korean chili flakes if you want it spicier.
Cook on medium high heat until sauce thickens then turn down to medium and cook until fish is done.

Jig: Bird of Prey Knocker Rig
Bait: Live Fiddler Crabs
Leader: 20lb. Berkley Big Game Mono
Main Line: 10lb Daiwa J Braid
