The heckler should do more physical actions (getting out, then back into his seat, swiveling his head around more wildly, looking for support, etc). More importantly, the comic needs to nail him with some funny, clever comebacks. When he keeps saying, "know'm sayin'?" pretend to hear it as namaste and do the prayer hands as you repeat it.
