Sunny, you are so genuine and devoted to peace. I’ve been following you for over two years now, and during this time, you have consistently emphasized the importance of silence and our permanent nature. This is a sincere thank you for being so dedicated and genuine!

I greatly enjoyed this teaching on viaragya ! Your descriptions of mind endlessly seeking fulfillment , security and identity through the temporal experiences describes a core challenge I've observed in myself! I've been battling to slow down and meditate daily for years, yet that pull , and dense momentum of trauma I found much easier to surrender to , even at the expense of immense great suffering . I'm so greatful for the unending grace of Self , generously giving me opportunity after opportunity to Become 🥹 . It's amazing how vivid the shift of state reveals itself as I go from that mind-seeking state, to the presence being state. It feels like my whole body vibrates , like waves slow down and open up throughout my being. Thank you Sunny 😊 , you're such a wonderful teacher for the style I can be open to .

When you said allow the experience of this moment to be as it is, there was a space within where absolute peace was residing. You pointed out very correctly here Sunny that sometimes it's inward turning, sometimes again the outside pull of experiencing the world happens. Nothing remains constant and ego keeps us in the illusion constantly that there's yet a growth in the future that is to be achieved yet for why would it allow us to see it's falsehood? Actually, it becomes really difficult to come into this acceptance that I'm already what I'm looking for. Ego gets threatened when it realises that there's nothing actually left to accomplish. Thank you for sharing your valuable insights Sunny.🙏✨🌟

Nothing convinces me to be in this realm of suffering. What is seen as happiness that comes from this world also comes with it's twin flame called sorrow. Buddha has described it in Dhammapada as Yamak Vaggo meaning twin flame. From here, when this has been evident at the experiential level, Vairagya has emerged. Now, the only purpose is to intellectually take an exit from this realm by practicing the guided path. Thank you Sunny.🙏✨🌟

Would Sunny, his marriage, his channel, this technology or the universe exist without desire? Perhaps we need to distinguish between desire that comes from lack and desire that comes from love, inspiration, joy, creativity, sharing, fullness etc.

Your video showed up today and if I understand it correctly it’s about the mind want the outward experience. I’m in a situation to make a decision two choices and struggle enormously to make the decision. The easy one step way is paying the offer for it to be done and the other way is to do it myself and save some money doing it myself and also get the experience of.doing it. The problem is I can’t decide which way to go i have not had this big of a problem before deciding where as it seems little tiny problem getting so big. I’m trying to figure out what’s going on all of sudden why this struggle with a decision. When I think I’ve made the decision the other one is there like it’s a war in me which leads to massive overthinking. The thing is a don’t want to think about it at all but I now have to come to a conclusion. You talked about the mind wanting the experience is it always the mind wanting the doing and experience. I think if I take the offer I miss out on the experience learning to do it myself but att the same time one step done is also appealing giving me more time for me. Can you relate to this kind of overthinking and how to look at it. Tank you very much for your videos they resonates with me

Usually taking the step that is most difficult is most rewarding. At the same time know that no matter what decision you take it will be the right one for you. You will learn either way. Hope that helps.😊

Sunny, a sincere request for u to xplor this completely threadbare pls, cuz it is one of the most feared n misunderstood terms for us seekers..
Ur strength is breaking down things to simple terms... And an extension of warm courage to try.. Implying it is not so mystically mysterious/complex at all..
    Thanks!

On point! Here’s the thing, if I keep pursuing my dream in order to see that it doesn’t last or fulfill, that’ll take a lifetime. I feel that I need to apply this path now and not keep pursuing goals.
Also can you talk about memories and how we use those to keep old experiences alive? Do they serve us when a loved one dies for instance or do we try not to go backwards in time and stay aware? 🙏🙏

Thanks Sunny, that's a nice, "doable" definition for 'vairagya'/dispassion. The word wud scare n frustrate me before.. It kinda felt like "give up enjoying or feeling".
OK, so what u r saying is the Gita - Go ahead n desire but don't get attached.. n leave the results to God, don't b perturbed by any outcome of ur desires n actions to achieve them??
Like I can desire to eat an ice cream(or any other sense gratification), but I can't b totally invested in getting it fulfilled?
I can try, put in efforts, but can neither b happy if I get it nor disappointed if I don't? And thats like taking the pleasure out of my actions surely?
And aw!! U mention a quote that says all vananas must b burned.. N desire is definitely only vasanas (predispositions)!!
    Help!!

The restlessness of mind often does not seem connected to desire, so I accept it until it changes. Any words of advice on this?

Sneaky ego, it’s the egoic mind that gets depressed, it is what behind people pleasing-approval from others. It’s the cause of repetitive behaviour, addictions etc.

And in another video u say, 'u don't have to give up desires, just give up the desirer'
Well, if there is no desirer, is there any desire? Desires r for whom then?
Or its like this - giving up desires becomes endless.. So the only solution is to end the desirer itself?
