Hi, great video, i bought mine in green, and recieved it this week, after riding it a few times i noticed the front fork stem was lose, so i took the handle bars off to be shocked that nothing other than 2 flimsy bearing rings and some plastic rings were trying to hold the fork stem in place, after re assembly it still fid not work, have you checked yours? When you pull the breaks the handle bars jerk because of the movement in the stem. Hope all this makes sense, is there a fix for this?
@@ironian24 mines fine. I’ll be swapping my headset out next week to a sealed bearing set. I’ve got adjustable air suspension to fit to the front and mid as the modding should be complete in a couple of weeks when the rack battery arrives. @ModProjects4306 I sussed the problem, I have not tightened the center nut up before tightening the Alan keys on the handlebars 🙄, so I realised what I did wrong and undone the handle bars undone the centre post nut adjusted the stem so it sat central and ret8ghtened the centre nut until all play was eliminated then tightened the handlebars, walla, job sorted, I got the throttle working also, but to be fair I can peddle at a constant 28mph where as the throttle on its own does 20mph, this is private land testing of course. I have to say I love it, it's an absolute beast of a bike and like you I'm 245 pounds in weight and it's totally fine, the range is very, very impressive, and off road is a must with this as well. For me there is nothing to dislike about this bike and for the money I really can't see another beating it.
Great videos! Is changing to an 11- 34 freewheel easy to do? I'm thinking about doing that with the one I ordered. Do I need any specific one, or any 11- 34 freewheel? I live in the US, and plan to leave the throttle on also..

@ModProjects4306 I agree it's stunning, and for my first ever E bike I am totally impressed a week later, just make sure you build up the handlebars correctly 😀, I didn't, I had a very lose fork stem, read my comments above to see what I did wrong. Wat is your setting of torx to kick in -2 that's sensitive or -5 or -9 let me know
That’s been left as standard. It kicks in within quarter of a turn anyway which is handy if you accidentally put pressure on the peddles in traffic.
