I like how the Princeton players celebrate everything, especially when they get roofed. Keeping a positive attitude, plus I know for me, if I were an opponent and the other team was doing that, it'd throw me for a loop
@@ebates7954 Idk what kinda terminology you learned from your coach but you don't need subs in a 6-2 because instead of a right side and a setter, there are 2 setters. Whichever setter is in the back row sets to all options. I have never heard of a 4-2 but i'll research it now
I got a chance to play a lot with the Princeton freshman over the summer at a training camp and let me tell you. they are going to be good. Especially Ryan.
I agree that at the time the guy invaded the service area but when the UCLA team's setter handled the ball about 4 times in that second set no one said anything, no one complained.
Some teams also do it to try to influence the ref's decisions. They think that maybe if they pretend they scored, the ref will think so too. But I guess it's mainly for keeping their morale up and getting into the opponents' heads.
anyone know why princeton puts their arms up in celebration even when they lose the point? for example at 10:40. it literally looks like they're cheering even thought they lost?

Partain and Rowan in a 6-2 would be a nasty combo. Rowan seems like he is fitting in surprisingly well into the offense as a freshman

A team we played during high school would do that. On the huge plays we made like a roof they’d go crazy and it really messed with our energy.
