In theory I think humans should be able to harm stands using hamon since there is an implied relationship between hamon and stands, even though it was abandoned early on.
Stands are likely only invincible in the sense that a human can't see a stand without acquiring the ability to make one. I imagine being hit by a hamon user would still hurt it.
I think Hamon can still be effective. Say Joseph punches an enemy stand with Hamon right in the head, while the stand itself may not be effected, it will transfer to the actual stand user which is very useful. Thats why DIO, even thought he attacked Joseph with The World, stopped, because he knew it would transfer over to him.

They nerfed the most likable, creative and intelligent character to some useless old man who needs to be saved 90% of the time and barely even uses his Hamon anymore. I think it would have been better if Z Dio had been Joseph's enemy and the pillar men Jotaro's. The pillar men could've been a better explanation for why stands suddenly exist, and it would've meant more for Joseph to be the one to beat Dio. Jotaro fought Dio because his existing was going to kill his mother. It was no more personal than that, but in Joseph's time, even though he never actually met Jonathan, Erina and Speedwagon, the two people who knew and loved Jonathan the most were both still around. Erina could have closure. She would know that Dio wouldn't be able to cause any more atrocities with the body of her true love, and Speedwagon would know that his best friend didn't die in vain. But instead, Erina and Speedwagon are both long gone. Erina never got to know what happened to Jonathan's body, whether he was a charred corpse at the bottom of the ocean or a vessel for a sleeping demon, and Speedwagon never got to know that his legacy was the only way they found and beat Dio at all. After all, without the Speedwagon foundation, team Jotaro wouldn't have gotten to Egypt in time, and a lot more innocent people would've been caught in the crossfire on the way.
I like that concept. It would probably mean Ceaser and Lisa Lisa dont end up getting involved since theyre dancing around Rome during the 30s (but I dont recall if they were just..there, or there because of the Pillar Men) however I wouldnt doubt Speedwagon wouldnt have trouble making connections to other Hamon users, or just straight up shipping over Ceaser and Lisa Lisa. Joseph could probably beat Dio alone but its always more interesting with friends.
If only they would have made a season 2.5 with 30's Joseph... 2 seasons of a not-senile Joseph were not enough for me. And of course a better stand stacking with Joseph's great Hamon skills wouldn't have been bad at all.
actually stands are just condensed/focused hamon so theoretically a surprise overdrive to the worlds leg could do something, and dio was afraid to hit hamon infused old Joseph, so Joseph could win if he does what Joseph does best and keep wrapped in hemit purple while using his own hamon to create a hamon hair/spaghetti shield to deflect anything short of a road rolled, and even then metal conducts hamon. so old/young Joseph could at least stall dio or work with jotaro to beat the world with way less difficulty. you know, slight of hand duo into a hamon trap or clacker boomerang, wrap star platinums fists in hamon hair or oil, hamon is generally underrated I think, and a hamon user without a stand could still do some work against a stand used, overdrives and zoom punches could harm the stands or negate stand ability's.
for example, young Caesar is fighting kakoin. Caesar could use hamon cutter to deflect emarald splash and to cut up the stand a bit. I personally think hamon users could see stands, because stands are just concentrated hamon.
What? Stands aren't hamon. There's no relation between the two. You can know thix by the forst chapter of SC. Avdol has Jotaro by the neck. If Stands and Hamon are the same then Jotaro wouldn't be able to use Star Platinum since he can't breath. And if a Stand is hamon then DIO would die if he gets hit by a stand. Joseph, Kakyoin, Polnareff and Jotaro would have ended the fight in seconds.
Fair enough, but stands where translated to ghostly ripple, which is the same name as the ripple, aka hammon, and we have seen stands and hammon used to complement each other. So I think my point stands. pun intended
Stands are an evolved form of Hamon, as shown in part 7 where Johnny and Gyro develop stands by training into the equivalent of the ripple. Stands do not consist of Hamon however, if hamon is high energy UV radiation a stand is some kind of exotic mass, because mass is nothing else but another form of energy, but since it is no longer UV radiation id doesn't hurt vampires.
It's not hamon. It's rotation. I haven't caught up to SBR but what if Gyro had a stand that could be used with rotation like Hermit Purple can transfer hamon through it. and still if every stand in an advance form of hamon then Star Platinum punching DIO would have killed him. Polnareff stabbed Vanilla Ice in the head so he should die. Also you need to breath to use hamon but don't to use a stand. Also why does an arrow give you hamon to transform it into a humanoid thing. Also no one ever said a stand is condensed hamon, if they did then tell me in what chapter.
Ngl, I thought this was kinda cool. Hell, if you wanted to, you could imagine so many other things, like that this is a universe that's almost exactly the same but Joseph actually practiced Hamon so this is actually Oldseph just un-aged. You could say that this version of Joseph had Hermit Purple added to his fist at the last second, and that's why The World took damage from Joseph's fist. But Dio didn't notice that, he just thought Joseph was gonna do jack, hence the smile. Really, this vid invokes the imagination of a what-if scenario. It's a shame I'm not a writer, I'd totally write a fanfic about this.
Instead of Star Platinums fist, it should have been a fistful of Hermit Purple, because that way: 1.It would still make sense for young Joseph to have Hermit Purple, since at that point DIO has been stabbed with the stand arrow 2.It would explain why DIO didn't dodge the attack (by being caught off guard by thinking that only he had a stand) 3.Both Joseph's body and mind would have reacted on their own and would have felt a glimpse of the future knowing DIO would arrogantly and carelessly strike right there and then
Actually, I'm pretty sure all Stands conduct Hamon, so it'd be possible to hurt the user if they were undead by hitting their Stand with Hamon (but only if it was a Stand that transferred all damage to the user). In short, the only thing wrong with this scenario is that Joseph wouldn't be able to see The World to hit it, but he's done crazier things by pure luck before.
Joseph, takes out the ultimate lifeform, kills a time stopping vampire who stole his grandfather's body. Yare yare daze. You're not such an old fart afterall, Gramps.
In the part of ''I know only stands can hurt other stands'' in the real battle Dio hits with his leg at the same time of his stand. So that means in the part of Joseph hits him and kills DIO. :V
It was stated that Joseph's stand was shite because if he had a cool stand like the rest of the Crusaders, he would steal the spotlight from Jotaro.... *But that didn't stop Jotaro in part 4*
Actually Araki said the reason why Joseph had weak stand combat wise it is because there were already 4 crusaders who had purely combat based stands, and he wanted for Joseph to be navigator of their group. If you think about it, Joseph stand and its abilities are actually really powerful, they are just not made for combat.
Idk man near infinite range hamon conducting vinelike stand with near precognition is pretty broken to a prime Joseph but he is old but imagine young Joseph with that he will be like near unstoppable

If only they would have made a season 2.5 with 30's Joseph... 2 seasons of a not-senile Joseph were not enough for me. And of course a better stand stacking with Joseph's great Hamon skills wouldn't have been bad at all.
This guy killed 3, no, 4 aztec gods so it comes to no surprise that he can kill a gay blond vampire
Count Dooku I mean, one of those was just pure luck
Your next line will be...
*“W R Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y !”*
Joseph becomes a Stand user on spot and fucking disintegrates Dio's head and left side of the body
This is my canon now, I’ll pretend that Stardust Crusaders was never a thing
And for his starting move he wields a Tommy Gun at a vampire
imagine if sethan (the shadow with weird eyes stand) would make Joseph young again. I'd love to see young Joseph in stardust crusaders.
actually stands are just condensed/focused hamon so theoretically a surprise overdrive to the worlds leg could do something, and dio was afraid to hit hamon infused old Joseph, so Joseph could win if he does what Joseph does best and keep wrapped in hemit purple while using his own hamon to create a hamon hair/spaghetti shield to deflect anything short of a road rolled, and even then metal conducts hamon. so old/young Joseph could at least stall dio or work with jotaro to beat the world with way less difficulty. you know, slight of hand duo into a hamon trap or clacker boomerang, wrap star platinums fists in hamon hair or oil, hamon is generally underrated I think, and a hamon user without a stand could still do some work against a stand used, overdrives and zoom punches could harm the stands or negate stand ability's.
for example, young Caesar is fighting kakoin.
Idea:
Jonathan kills Part 3 Dio
so he has to become a vampire in order to really kill dio
Alien fuck or time paradox
>dio's body begins punching himself to death.
Fritz how about we start with Jonathan kills Part 1 Dio first
But Dio got The World from Jonathan's body though.
Josuke kills DIO pls
heal him so hard his head falls off
literally
DIO's fucked if he talked shit about his hair
it exists
"Next you'll say, Impossible! I am Dio!"
"Impossible! I am Dio!"
"NANI!?"
I grinned far more than I should have when bloody stream kicked in.
Imagine, if Jotaro learned to use HAMON and had his STAND
Alternate universe where Alessi decides to help the Stardust Crusaders
The virgin stand user vs the chad hamon user
"You may have lived for a hundred years,
*BUT TO COMPETE WITH MY SKILLS, YOU NEED ANOTHER CENTURY!"*
Damn, Joseph beat him so hard he changed clothes.
NIGERUNDAYO !!! Then fuck him with Hamon Overdrive, that's all? Doesnt even need the Red Stone? Legendary JoJo
2:59
Dio: "Why do I hear boss music, and why isn't it I, Dio's?"
Jotaro and Polnareff were at McDonalds while this went down.
Instead of Star Platinums fist, it should have been a fistful of Hermit Purple, because that way:
1.It would still make sense for young Joseph to have Hermit Purple, since at that point DIO has been stabbed with the stand arrow
2.It would explain why DIO didn't dodge the attack (by being caught off guard by thinking that only he had a stand)
3.Both Joseph's body and mind would have reacted on their own and would have felt a glimpse of the future knowing DIO would arrogantly and carelessly strike right there and then
Now we need Dio Brando killing DIO.
When you kill the final boss at the beginning of the game:
ah yes , he could see stands before he acquired one.
Stand master: Joseph Joestar
Stànd name: Joseph's right fist
@@BlandyBoiYT no itt's the left arm, i know that we see Star platinium right arm just after
i like the part where young joseph is able to hit/see dio's stand and also understand whats going on
Honestly, this would be WAY BETTER than the original ending. That raging punch of Star Platinum is so Deus Ex Machina it hurts...
imagine if they showed DIO's dick and balls violently pulsating then exploding when The World's leg gets punched
Did Valentine take 2 josephs to one world?
Next video:
Speedwagon kills DIO
Can we get a yoshikage kira kills dio
Kira touches DIO once with Killer Queen, *c l i c k* and DIO is completely erased.
Killer Queen has already touched that road roller
DIO : "I shouldn't hire Alessi."
Joseph's hand is Star Platinum confirmed
How the hell did you get the sentence ''I, Dio, will kill you!'' with Young Joseph's voice??
it is from eyes of heaven
oh thanks mate!
KFCsogoodgame It might also be from All Star Battle
It's a line in All Star Battle.
Young Joseph does say that to taunt phantom blood Dio
He can even says "WWWRRYYY" to taunt part 3 Dio
It's so fucking hilarious when dio teleports and it makes that noice
This looks pretty well made. Nice.
Robinhoodyhood Just a quick note, you could have edited Star Platinum's hand out and replaced it with Joseph's hand.
Robinhoodyhood It's cool
That Clocker volley has a hand of Star Platinum.
young joseph is not a stand user so he cannot see stands. but the magical logic of jojo denies.
Actually Hamon is like Stands, but at a very weak state. Stands are like an evolved form of Hamon.
still it was not mentioned that hamon users would see stands.
and stand types.
jonathan and joseph also had stands, they were just not awakened by the arrow yet
He had a dormant stand, which is probably why he was able to predict exactly what an enemy would do next (using hermit purple's precognition).
DIO could've stopped time and easily kill Joseph in one hit, but still this is hilarious.
JOJO'S BIZARRE ADVENTURE HERITAGE FOR THE FUTURE: YOUNG JOSEPH VS DIO | ANIME VERSION
young joseph learns how to time stop
Joseph is the best Joestar!
Back in my days, I fought Kars, Wamuu, Esidisi, Santana, DIO, Ceaser-chan and of course Hollys stand.
amazing job !!
You don't need a stand to kill dió You need hamón to kill dio
You should do, "Koichi kills Dio" next
Koichi freezes DIO until the sun comes up
I love that last trick up Joseph sleeve.
3:10 DIO: *screams in Bloddy Stream*
When eye of heaven will adapted
Joseph, takes out the ultimate lifeform, kills a time stopping vampire who stole his grandfather's body.
Yare yare daze. You're not such an old fart afterall, Gramps.
Who else’s favorite part is part 2?
I thought a stand is the only thing that can defeat another stand...
In the part of ''I know only stands can hurt other stands'' in the real battle Dio hits with his leg at the same time of his stand. So that means in the part of Joseph hits him and kills DIO. :V
And if the stand user dies, the stand die too.
Joseph punched Dio so hard, Dio became lesbian
If Joseph punched a stand.....DOES IT MEAN JOSEPH HAS BEEN A STAND ALL ALONG?
2部と3部の時を超えて・・・
"The next thing you're going to say is WRYYYYY"
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Heritage for future - DIO's Story Mode Final continuation
When Alessi turned Joseph young again
What, how did Dio's pants regenerated? Are they a vampire too?
