The past week or so - I have been getting or feeling wonderful understandings of the "stop fighting"- The short of it is I am seeing the Mind is the one that wants control of how everything "should" work out. Thus when you become aware of those "mind thoughts" - you can practice letting them go - then as Adamus says, allow your energy to work for you - you do not need the mind for that. It is like the mind goes into "frantic" mode (omg, how am I going to fix that etc)

Wow! Fun. I was realized at birth then as I’ve always felt like a Snoopy, experiencing my imagination, and this just made me want more, to expand and expound. During the ten minutes, near the end Adamus spoke to me in my Aeterna. Gifted. That’s what we are when we experience it, then we know it, and that’s how Einstein came to know things in his thought experiments, he was there. We are gifted with knowing it because we experience it. We are there.
I have done the same breating-Covid-in way back in March. I invited that substance infront of me, invited it to come inside of me and gave it permission to do what ever it wants with my body and learn everything it wants about me. At first it did look like a big dark cloud in front of me, then I announced that I recognize it's power and I don't judje its agenda, but then I breathed 'myself' in untill I became much bigger then the Covid cloud in front of me....then it started feeling so funny, that I started laughing and got out of this experience. My life is hte best it has ever been (thanks to Covid!) - I get fully paid and do a fracture of my regular work assignments...if the life can be any better - I definetely ready to see how!
