I bought a Gen 2 G19 former range rental with who TF knows how many rounds through it for $175. It was ROUGH. I sent it back to Glock for a grand total of $80 and it came back looking brand new. People don't know this, but Glock will refurb your pistol for not a lot of money.
👌🏼👀 $250 is a heck of a steal. I know we are ALL law abiding citizens here... but my cousins neighbor just spent $950 on a G27 street price. 1 oem magazine
@@bubbadan20006most I spent was $629+tax for a brand new right when they came out Gen 4 G29, now they have the Gen 5s and I went to get it a brother lol
My gun store, their use section is a bunch of Saturday Night Specials no name imported guns that look like they're from the 70s, but recently found in the bottom of a river & the cheapest one is like $100 more expensive than that Glock.
I would buy it as an investment, I get it. BUT…. I carried a Glock 27 as a backup in the late 90’s and would have taken the money and run if someone offered me $250 at the time. I HATED that stupid thing. It was reliable. That’s the only good thing I can bring myself to say about it.
I like the 27, and I carry it often. I have said before, I wouldn't want to necessarily shoot a 500 round competition with it (it does make my hands a little tired in a long range session), but it's not unpleasant to shoot. I practice with 9mm, carry .40, and carry 10mm in the woods. I love having choices.
Your correct to the point you have zero warranty. And people now and days like warranty. I here shadow systems customer service out does their pistol reliability.
Bull, I’ve bought a lot of used guns and sent em back under full warrenty. Smith and Wesson is sending me back a brand new gun that I bought used and sent to them 3 times for repair. Now that’s customer service.
I want to get a Glock 33 but I don't want to have to order ammo (for those that don't know 357sig is what it takes for ammunition) because its practically non-existent in the town I live in
‘Freeshippingammo’ on line has new, Fiocchi FMJ - three-fifty-seven Sig, for two-hundred-twenty-five dollars for five hundred rds and ships FREE to your door. That’s ten boxes of 50rds for twenty two dollars and fifty cents per box. ‘Velocityammosales’ on line has three-fifty-seven Sig, 50rds of ‘Core-Bon’ for twenty-seven dollars per box and ships free for orders over two hundred dollars.
@JacksonNagy22 nah if it can't be readily found around im not bringing a handgun home just to have to order every single round you'd get I'm not doing that
Pawn shops mostly, I picked up a lightly used Glock 23 Gen 5 MOS for $480 after tax. MSRP on a Gen 5 MOS is $700+ at a standard FFL. $250 for a Glock is absolutely unheard of though I agree with you.
You'll see these in pawn shops. They usually claim they're LE trade ins, but LE trade ins typically have holster wear and are straight stock. The one in this video probably got passed around and put back together a few times since the internals are broken in but there's a conspicuous lack of wear on the other parts. Honestly, it being this cheap with all the extra suggests to me the shop owner wanted it gone for some reason, since even without a front sight and slight marring on the rear, this would easily be a 400+ purchase with all the add ons.
Wow!!! Smoking deal!!! Yeah, I'd have bought that too regardless of what was happening in my finances. Its an opportunity to keep at a crazy cheap price or to resell at a profit at a later date
My first carry gun purchased in 2020 was a G27 and I love it to this day. Yes, it's s nappy compared to a G19 for example, but I've shot it a lot and like the feeling of power that I get from it. I know it's going to get the job done if need be. My current carry is a Hellcat, but I still enjoy my G27 for a range day.
Considering that California has a 10 round magazine law, it would be very difficult for you to find a standard Glock, regardless of generation for this deal. I would recommend browsing surplus sites (police trade-in specifically) but still that 10-round magazine law makes it basically impossible.
Been with your channel since the beginning. My gun shop doesn’t half deals like that at all. Be that’s a good find for a Glock 27 my first gun was a Glock 22 with I have around 2000 rounds thought it and it still runs like a champ.
You are beyond lucky you live near such fair priced stores. Good luck trying to find these deals near a major city like PA lmao. They are still shilling all glocks for $650 lol. What are your thoughts on Glock USA vs Austria. I recently purchased a Glock 27 gen 4 used but I thought it was made in Austria hence the description online but when I picked it up it says USA. I was a bit disappointed at first because of the markings but that quickly went away
Not sure about the requirements of workers who are employed in Austria at the Glock factory. What I can say though is that workers employed at European firearms companies have years of apprenticeship and gunsmithing backgrounds. Entirely different than the U.S. I do believe that country of origin makes a difference.
@@RickJZ1973that really didn’t answer my question but I understand. I was wondering is there really a difference between USA Glock and Austria. Is it the exact same gun same reliability just different markings
26 and 27 are basically the same gun. Get the 9mm barrel and the 9mm magazines and you have both guns. That's what I did and I did one better. I got the 357 sig barrel for it.
That’s definitely a steal… I love Glock 27 and the 23 ima .40 fanboy…. Did you buy that to show you can get a Glock for $250 instead of the GX2 ? lol what would you rather have anyway a brand new gx2 or that Glock 27 ?
