Hi, here are a list of papers referenced in the talk: 5:19 - Brain Lesion Segmentation - arxiv.org/abs/1603.05959 6:32 - Fetus organ recognition and placenta segmentation - www.researchgate.net/publication/310673362_PVR_Patch-to-Volume_Reconstruction_for_Large_Area_Motion_Correction_of_Fetal_MRI 8:34 - Resolution Upscaling in Cardiac Imaging - www.ee.bgu.ac.il/~rrtammy/DNN/reading/Multi-inputRueckert.pdf 13:00 - Brain MRI Domain Adaptation using Adversarial Networks - arxiv.org/abs/1612.08894 15:13 - Using Reverse classification to measure prediction accuracy in practice 19:49 - Synthesis of ground truth
I liked your explanation on how a convolutional neural network contains in itself a decision tree, and how it's strength comes from having depth.
A convolutional network does not. No actual neural network really does, since this representation also assumes no activation functions.
As a newbie I highly appreciate this clear explanation! :)
Can you elaborate more on how to do the domain adaptation to improve the generalization with difference sequence scan ?
can you share paper and ppt of your this speach
can we see blood cell with laser light camera picture ??
thanks
can you show his paper for us ?
