About Impractical Jokers:

I had a dream the other night where Murr’s punishment was to ride in a tall bus under a short bridge at top speed. The bus literally split in half down the middle and Murr was flung into the road while everyone laughed and made fun of him over his earpiece.

These are all just exposure therapies, the only problem with that is that you’re supposed to progress towards exposure therapy before conducting it
I really love the show except for one major hang up. Murr’s punishments are orders of magnitude worse than everyone else’s. It pretty much constitutes abuse, not to mention the instances where they gratuitously abuse his trust.
