The guys that make the cover is a great player but that player got over used that year as well that's why they don't have anything left the following year so it's no curse it's just a great player getting over used
@ he’s a beast he’s gonna improve next year as well. Hopefully niners draft edge to help Bosa then in the 2 and 3 rounds draft more OL that can start immediately. It’s crazy Niners would’ve started burford bum ass if he didn’t get hurt. Kyle let the best players play bro doesn’t matter if they rookies
One of the better drafts. Puni, green, Mustafa and Pershall really coming on. And Gurendo. Think we can see a big jump in a couple of these guys next year or year after.
Puni, Puni, Puni!!!! What can i say about Puni other than, THANK YOU!!!! this man was a mauler, but showed enough dancing bear potential that he can grow into a great pass blocker as well. The drafting of Green was unbelievably clutch. this team was slated to lose its 2 starting CB's in FA after this year. They saw sense and locked down DMo, which was brilliant he was the 1 player i didnt want to lose in FA. young DB's who like to hit and get better every year dont grow on trees. More depth is desperately needed as we cant afford to place easily targetable guys like Yiadom out there on a consistent basis. Mustapha was a much needed draft pick for the back end as well. Huf hasnt looked like the same player since the ACL tear, and Brown seems to have too many mental mistakes (most of the busted coverages seem to happen on his side) to be relied upon so far. So Mustapha brings one less immediate need in the secondary. but i do believe we see another S get drafted in the 5th or later to compete with Brown. Pearsall showed me that he definitely has enough short area quickness that he can get open on almost any route, and that hes a willing enough blocker in the run game. I'd like to see him get more "physical" in his catching ability. And by that i mean, less falling away with the trajectory of the ball and more jumping back and attacking the ball at its highest point. He clearly doesnt have that burst to run away if he breaks open downfield, but neither does Aiyuk, and BA has been a damn good receiver so far. Cowing also started to impress me more and more as the season went on. The 9ers havent had a good return game essentially since Mostert left. Early in the season he was really timid. he looked like someone who was too afraid to make a mistake, but by doing that was making a lot of mistakes. But by seasons end he started to look a lot more confident trying to bring it out. As his confidence grew, so did mine. Maybe he's supposed to be a little bit like Trent Taylor was. that short/intermediate route guy? but i dont know what his role in this offense overall would be outside of that with his lack of size. Anderson logging 300 snaps as a rookie DL who was probably never supposed to really see the field is GREAT. he was thrust into the lineup due to injury and he didnt look like someone who simply didnt belong on the field. which is far more than you could ask for from a UDFA. Guerrendo has all makings to me of the homerun hitter we've missed since Mostert left, but with the bulk necessary to handle the load. Early on he was far too impatient running into his OL, and hitting the holes before it was really opening up. after about week 6/7 you saw him develop his patience and follow his blockers a lot more. I think with Guerrendo, we see Mason (share his last name so this makes me sad) leave via FA. and get an opportunity to be 1A or RB2 somewhere else. Mason has earned that right as well.
I wish we got to see more from cowing as a receiver i think him and Pearsall could both be ket contributers to getting us back into the playoffs next year. Cowing brings speed that we haven't had at that position since Goodwin was here and we juat used him as a punt returnee the whole year which i like but he wasn't that great at it. If he just had better contact balance he could be a great return man and really help this offense with great field position.
This is like half of the “rebuilding” done that everybody keeps talking about lmao. Tbh I think our rookies becoming vets next year combined w/ our actual vets and getting a few key players (O-linemen and a linebacker) will get us right back into playoff form
Get the boys healthy we a Super Bowl contender every day and we have rookies that will hopefully by the looks of it progress really well under kyle and the team
49ers tend to get a lot more out of late rounds picks than 1st rounders but I give this draft class an A. Getting that many starters on rookie contracts is a great look 👌🏼
PUNI may be a future all-pro Renardo Green looks like he could develop to be a solid pro bowler in the future. Cornerbacks usually take a few years to develop but he looks good already. Ricky pearsall it's too early to know how good he can be because he was hurt in training camp than got shot so he was behind in his development. Malik Mustafa had some good moments and quiet a few bad ones but he got lots of playing time so that's really great. Guerrendo doesn't look like he can carry the load he's too dam tall and gets easily wrapped up at the line of scrimmage. When he gets a capping whole he has the speed to take it to the house . Guerrendo injuries concern me but we are going to have to wait and see.
OL is fine if it's there, but if we can use a third to get a guy like Puni then do that instead. I would draft DL personally, multiple picks, probably three or four depending on FA signings. We need a dominant DL to succeed. Change that one thing and we are right back in the playoff mix. (special teams also needs to be at least average)
Green is trash n needs to go. Thrown to 70 times n 44 was caught... He isn't doing his job at all. He gave up majority of the 1st downs all season. If it was 3rd down n the other team needed a 1st down, all they had to do was find Green cause he ain't blocking anything.
I agree with the A- grade this was definitely one of the best draft classes for them
one of the best draft classes of the year
Mustafa is SO Freaking fun to watch. He hits so hard and plays every snap with every thing he has.
No more Madden covers EVER! 😂😂😂😂😂
The guys that make the cover is a great player but that player got over used that year as well that's why they don't have anything left the following year so it's no curse it's just a great player getting over used
That was an insanely good draft and udfa signing
Puni is my favorite rookie this year
Agree. Puni was a stud all year
@ he’s a beast he’s gonna improve next year as well. Hopefully niners draft edge to help Bosa then in the 2 and 3 rounds draft more OL that can start immediately. Ricky Pearsall
Renardo Green
Dominick Puni
Jacob Cowing
Malik Mustapha
Isaac Guerendo
2024 Good Draft! 👍🏼
we had 8 picks
I don’t see how Green was the only one who was impressive
@@Cheez442-z2k1 didnt make team other was injured
Malik "the missle" mustapha! Has a nice ring to it
My favorite was Ricky the rookie receiver he’s goated at catching Espically in style like goddam bro can 1 hand anything. He’s just able to make plays
One of the better drafts. Puni, green, Mustafa and Pershall really coming on. And Gurendo. Think we can see a big jump in a couple of these guys next year or year after.
Evan Anderson as well

mustapha the moo man is a beast
SDS Hello from the 559! 🍻 We will talk about this draft class for years to come 💯🎯 I agree, solid A-
559 in the chat!!!
559!
Puni has got to be my favorite, even including the rookie slide with penalties.
This is like half of the “rebuilding” done that everybody keeps talking about lmao. Tbh I think our rookies becoming vets next year combined w/ our actual vets and getting a few key players (O-linemen and a linebacker) will get us right back into playoff form
i agree, especially if brock purdy improves even more
We need big blue linemen on the OL and DL!
It was a good draft for sure
Solid draft no doubt
Get the boys healthy we a Super Bowl contender every day and we have rookies that will hopefully by the looks of it progress really well under kyle and the team
And I wanted to see a little more of cowing when B A went down
B+
Tough call between Mustapha & Puni with Green Pearsall and Cowing for 3rd 4th and 5th
Kyle hates rookie receivers
49ers tend to get a lot more out of late rounds picks than 1st rounders but I give this draft class an A. Getting that many starters on rookie contracts is a great look 👌🏼
1.Puni
2.Mustapha
3. Guerrendo
4.Green.
5.Pearsall

Mine was mustafa
A solid B
Puni all day
By far....Puni.
Mustapha should've been playing from the beginning over Odum and over Brown when Huf came back for that short time.
49ers need to draft Abdul carter
This draft was with out adams peters im looking forward to the draft they have to nail it again
i dont know what Kingston did in Carolina but Keeping Ronnie Bell instead of him was a seriously bad move.
Gotta be green or mustapha
What position do you guys want the niners to address with the 11th pick?
A OT
O-Line, best one we can get is Kelvin Banks
@someguy12326 hoping Campbell falls to us. It's a long shot but....
