It is a very special place that we had for ourselves for a limited time, and the acoustics were really peculiar. It is an old industrial space, a wonderful room for live performances, and also for recording, but with some problematic traits: traffic noise was loud outside and could sometimes ruin takes, and, like you noticed, some frequencies reverberated more than others. Definitely not neutral at all, but we always like to have character!
