I’m sure WRG and their drivers aren’t liking that only 3 of their full time drivers are in the top 10 in earnings! Not a great stat for a series that promotes “having the best” Just a hunch and I’m not anti Outlaws love it all.
@@champeyon489, It also doesn't reflect the amount of money WoO teams have spent traveling, which is significantly more than HL teams. That negates most if not all of that extra tow money.
@@champeyon489, HL teams get to pick up those extra races outside their schedule with very little travel. That's the big advantage. Volusia is a great example. Or, Knoxville after Eagle. Very little extra travel and opportunity to race for extra money while heading elsewhere. You think Tyler Courtney or Brad Sweet have traveled as much as the Outlaws?
I would like to think the WoO realize the FREE PUBLICITY they are losing. When a different series is on, and the announcer say" From the World of Outlaws " ,,, you just can't buy that.
I was curious if the amount of rainouts the Outlaws have had this year is above average or about the same as previous years. It seems like they haven't been able to race regularly due to Mother Nature not being a dirt racing fan.
So I'm curious why the WoO sprints have "freebies" to go race in other series but the late models don't have to worry about "freebies". They're free to go race elsewhere whenever. It doesn't make sense to me why you would have 1 series restricted and 1 series not. Is there a specific reason why the 2 series are different?
They say dirtvision makes peanuts. Why not put the product on Floracing and get more eyeballs on the sport. Unified sprint and late model tours on one streaming service could grow the sport massively.
WRG refuses to share any broadcast information with potential sponsors which cripples teams ability to get bigger deals. They aren't going to work with flo. Too backwards
As a former Flo employee I can say it was talked about, but DVs number was way too high. Just like Flo gave FoxSports a number and it also was too high.
I don't understand the restrictions at all. This is not a thing on the LM side, or even with the big blocks. As long as the contracted drivers show up at all the races, who cares where they are or what they are doing when the WOO isn't racing.
Since it’s a holiday week that they’ve had planned off for a while, I can’t see many teams getting out there. I hope I’m wrong though, because I could see WRG using this week as a reference for whether they unrestrict in the future or not
WoO was operating with a business model where they were the only game in town in terms of national level sprint car racing. Now their restrictions are helping flo more than them I believe
They should work with flo and do everything in their power to reduce the cost of buying the streaming package. That will make everyone more money in the long run
I think teams with drivers that race well in PA will take advantage like Logan and Buddy. The lifting restrictions move wouldn't have looked so crappy if it would have been to the end of July, but obviously not being allowed to race anywhere else when WOO is racing.
Not really in advance. Their timing and scoring will be on Race Monitor, and I'm sure they and the media people in attendance will share once everyone is signed in. Love your show because you "get it". When most of these guys couldn't run a hot dog stand.
WRG rarely reverses course on anything so this is significant. Seems like they are slowly waking up to the fact that they have to adapt.

I still think the restrictions the outlaws have for the platinum teams are dumb as fuck and need to go.
The fact of the matter is the restrictions are un American
At a minimum they should be able to race way more races outside of WoO, especially if it's a local show. Should be 10+ not 4.

Something drastic like working with flo is way out of their depth. They will fail before the do that.

Less of a chance to get hurt in a late model
