For exemple never getting stunned without a shield On, using pills or vigors at the right moment, using the right cooldowns in the right order. Bow is less complicated than say a glaiver or a int spear, but you can still play better than othets with equal sets and consistently win.
just use shield when buffing others with the force skills , cuz defense inc. and you needed it at the end , if he did to u 2 crits u die 100 % cuz you dont use your shield

I'm quite amazed at how little skill silkroad requires. It pretty much comes down to lucky crits and good gear
