From what i saw is that the big Asian hubs like Seoul, Singapore, Beijing and Hong Kong are light years away from the European hubs like London, Frankfurt or Paris. Light years.
You should see American hubs
@@o.c.g.m9426 Indeed. Frankfurt isn't great, but Heathrow, Paris CDG, Amsterdam, and Munich still crush American hubs. Thr best American airports are almost always the ones serving mid-sized cities (e.g., Salt Lake, Minneapolis, Indianapolis).
You should see Australian hubs
One of the reasons why Asian airports are seemingly better is because they’re newer. They were built from scratch in a different location because the original airports (namely Gimpo, Paya Lebar, Capital and Kai Tak) couldn’t handle the traffic anymore. The same process started in Europe some decades earlier, so they’re sitting on older development projects which are more challenging to upgrade.
Thank you for sharing this trip.
Korean has still 3-3-3 economy class configuration on their 777-300. Good. You know many airliners have 3-4-3. So small space.
That wing flex on takeoff is just magnificent. Great video review as per usual. Thank you.
Thank you !
happy to see you guys with the Kito and Juicy Vlog❤ be sure to stay hydrated. the weather is getting balmy.
I Like The Business Class Cabin.Great Work
Your video makes me excited for my next KE flight ✈️ 😎.
I love korean air❤ i started flying it when i was young
The summer Olympic Games in Paris 🇫🇷🇫🇷👍🤗😁😀❤️
Love Korean air apex suites. flew it last year in april
Amazing crosswind landing view...never seen that kind of crosswind view before. Awesome tripreport with great wing views. Appreciate that KAL serves their local food onboard.
Thank you !
Best economy airline food I've had was on KAL!
Thanks for video - have a good life 🙏
Thank you !
You've flown KE A380 and B777 so next step is KE B748 business then!
You seem to be quite familiar with KE and their on board services
Only handful of airlines operate 3-3-3 configured economy class on B777 and KE is one of them and hope they keep it that way 👍
any european airline would call first class
The only thing I don't like about Korean Air is the 2-2-2 config in business class.
Compared to its Taiwan competitors -- EVA Air and China Airlines -- they have a 1-2-1 config on their 777's, so less seats and more space in their business class and it is quite noticeable
The BC seats look so narrow and small plus I expected more for the amenities since it is Korean air. Going to Paris with Korean air from icn this year
the 222 feels a little cramped, although it's good each seat has direct aisle access. However, if it were an option, I would choose a 1-2-1 configured aircraft on another airline first.
Great video, are you full?
This line is usually operated by 747-8
Excellent video! I saw that you managed to get takeoff/landing footage but how did you do so when having an isle seat?
Thank you ! In fact there was a little space in which I could stick my gopro
I am sure. I can have a good fly 11 of September.
How are the temperatures on KAL
are there screens between each seat like ANA ?
Ay im from China, you caught Shandong
I fly to the Philippines from AMS, and I found KAL to be the most comfortable and best service Airline so far from AMS. Do you recommend another airline from Amsterdam to the Philippines?
With the long layover, I just stay a night close to the airport. I'm very tempted to to pay the extra 1k Euros for Prestige Class. Does Korean Air have a Lounge in AMS? What other perks does that offer? What about the toilets for Business class? How many do they have and is there ever a line?
I usually perfer the very back mainly because it's close to 4 toilets that are usually always open and I can stand there to stretch my legs.
I wonder if menu in business class different from the menu in economy class?
When its be really fly on UIA Kyiv-Kharkiv
👍👍👍✈️👊👊👊
If we can't eat all the food can we saveit for later or do we have to give them our remain food. ( I means cakes, appertizers, nuts, ice creams)
How do you find out when the plane was built and delivered to the airline. Thanks for a great video again
You need to know the registration number of the aircraft, then you can easily look that kind of information up on the internet.
몇월 몇일에 찍으셨나요?
It is a dangerous route. Fly through all those countries.
Yeah, remember what happened to Malaysian Air in 2014 as it flew thru Russia
Wow, that flight is almost empty!
hellow may i ask? if we seat on 12D its on business class or first class?
Business, I think. It's the second of Business that is reserved for loyal customers who also fly a lot. I'm a member and I'm curious when I start flying in Business class (Prestige class as they call it) if I'll get that area?
KE econ seat has more leg room than most of the other carrier and they has yet tried to pack 10 seats like most other airlines; however, the food on their flight isn't that impressive tho... 😔
Is mask mandatory at ICN airport?
Astana from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿🇰🇿
I find this detail fascinating 11:22 since your video made me learn that Korean planes still fly westwards when flying into Europe.
What I noticed with planes flying out of Japan going to Europe such as AF is they fly to the northeast all the way into the Arctic and then descend from Greenland while crossing the Atlantic.
Nice video btw.
I think for departing korea heading eastward takes longer than going westward but for japan it may be shorter going eastward than going westward south avoid russian airspace
Europe is close enough to Korea that going westwards is still the fastest way despite the winds.
Japan is approximately one flight hour further away, which makes the long way via the pole marginally quicker because of the winds.
Interestingly both the outbound and inbound flights to Japan fly eastbound. So one Europe "rotation" is actually a circumnavigation of the globe!
Les coréens sont le peuple le plus intelligent de la planète
Is there western style meals?
Yes, there are
死ぬまで乗るこたぁないので好きにして。
Are masks required onboard Korean Air now?
Yes at least it was still a month ago
Only to get on board, but once you sit, it's ok. Last July. Same on train but not in restaurants. Just in public places with many people. But restaurants have many people, so yeah, it's strange. I hope it's finished next year. Fk that mask.
Are you German? "Sleepers". "Bretzels"?? I like to eat pretzels, in my slippers! That's how we say it in the USA!
Why this road? And not over Russia?
Russian airspace has been closed in response to sanctions from other countries
Road?
Because most countries (including ROK) banned Russian airlines from flying over their territory, so Russia did the same in return.
Spending thousands of dollars for a Bibimbap in the air. They making money with customers like you :D
😊❤🧑✈️👍🤗😁😀🤓🤑🇰🇷🇫🇷🌏🌎🌍🌐🗺️💺🧳🛫🛬✈️🛩️🧳
Air Korio service it’s better.😅
2:36 looks like a cancer causing machine.
The way he touched the cosmetics in the lavatory…. Shows no style and class
