Hello. I watched your video of removing the radio in a 2019 highlander. I was wondering what was the model unit you replaced the factory one with? Does that unit have apply car play? What adapters/harnesses are necessary? Thank you very much!
Thank you Peter. For 2021 and up there’s a cover on top of the dash right above the display unit. That is clipped in and pops right out with a pry tool. Then inside you have 2 10mm bolts you’ll have to take out that hold the display in. After you take those bolts out you pry out the display unit carefully with a pry tool around the edges and it pops right out. Good luck!
