Noice! At one point I was stuck at streching without any progress for months. After I tried dynamic streching and mobility exercises I started preogressing again.
I find that if I don’t stretch for a while I definitely lose a lot of mobility, so trying to keep it as consistent as possible is a must!
do my board also need a daily routine to save fexiness ???
