I read that Wally also worked for the Curtis-Wright Aircraft Co. It was then in 1946 that he got the company to start producing the Curtis-Wright trailer. I have one of those limited ones.
That was great. Love listening to history, airstream’s are iconic and get attention wherever you go always changing and still remain with a classic look. Thanks for sharing
Right On John! 👍✨ Thanks! I’m glad you liked it. I had a lot of fun working on this video. A fun start to this project has been digging in to the history. 😃
Excellent Jon-san, Really enjoyed that history stroll. I love that kind of honoring of the past. Amazing to know how inspirational and creative those folks were. That kind of innovation is what is needed more these days. Thanks for putting that together!

You didn't mention that Wally worked or was involved with the aircraft co. Curtis-Wright. At the end of the war, he initiated C-W on the production of travel trailers by that name. Made from 1946 to '49. I own a '48 and have read a little on their history
Right On Chuck! 👍✨ Yes I had to prepare for the job by working on some infrastructure! I did not film that but now I’ll be back to a steady stream of content!
