Hey guys
In today’s video I will be showing my best foundations of 2020 on dark skin. This video I will include swatches of all the foundations featured. I will also go through a brief recap/review to explain reasons why I love these foundations, especially as I do have normal to dry combo skin, however some foundations I have in my collection will be suitable for oily- combo skin type. I have a mixture of highend and drugstore which should hopefully suit a variety of different people's taste. This is just another series just recapping my makeup collection that I have accumulated throughout this year, so I hope you enjoy this one

You know what, the majority of the foundations that you featured, I have them! And some of them I really loved, but as soon as a new foundation comes out, I’m off to the next one! I was mad with Too Faced for years because when they first released Born this Way, they didn’t have many
dark/deep shades and I was watching influencers loving it and when I went to Sephora to get they were like “we’re sorry, theirs not a shade for you. I did not buy one product from them for years, when Jackie helped them with the shades, I finally bought it and loved it but I have barely wore it for a long time. The Uoma, I did not really give it a chance, so hearing you speak about it, I’m going to play with it and see what’s what.
The Maybelline Super Stay, I have it in my Winter and Summer shades, and I’ve finished one and repurchased it. If it’s not my absolute favorite, it’s in my top 3 favorites. When I purchased the NARS Soft Matte I said it was my last foundation of the year and I lied, today I purchased the
Fenty powder foundation, it looks so good on the reviews, and it is not Matte to Death, like I thought it would be. I enjoyed this video.
How do the Uoma and the Soft Matte compare? I am going to purchase one of them next but not sure yet.
Yh, I was so happy that Jackie end helping Too faced to extend the shades. With the Fenty beauty foundation powder I wasn't interested, but i end up buying it just to see what it's like but I don't have high hopes though 😫
Nars is more matte and more coverage. Well, that's how I feel 🤣
You did such a great job reviewing foundations💖! I am dark skin with dry skin as well, and I feel it’s so difficult to find people with my skin type and similar complexion on here , even in 2020. I always have to mix match tutorials (look at dark skinned people with oily skin or lighter skinned people with dry skin). I’m slightly darker than you, so watching your videos makes it very helpful to know what products I can purchase without wasting my time and money lol. Keep up the great content 🙏🏿
Honestly I feel the same way. Pretty much everyone I follow are not my shade and are oily combo skin 🤣😫 I am so happy you found me I hope I can help you out as much as I can or if not atleast entertain you lol 🥰🥰 thank you so much for the love and support
The Nars Longwear Radiant has become my all time favourite and I’m always so reluctant to try anything else

Looking gorgeous hon! I rarely wear a full face of foundation, bcos I'm a diehard concealer & powder girl - but I've been using up oldies but goodies that I needed to get rid of. Lancome Teint Idole & Stila Stay All Day are better than I remembered! 😍 Think I might try the Fenty next year... 🤔 Ms Huda is definitely trying everyone's life with £33 for that likkle sumting tho...! 🧐🤔💸😂 Great reviews, tfs 😘
I haven't used lancome foundation in aggeesss! 😫 I use to love it. So you use concealer and powder, so with the powder is it a foundation powder? Or just a powder to set your concealer?

@@miss.sydz91 concealer where required (mostly undereyes, T-zone) & then set with powder - loose for a natural finish, pressed for more coverage. I don't like too much product on my face, so if I've got blush, bronzer etc, it's too much for me if I've got foundation too. Yes girl, Ms Teint Idole still out here doing her thing! 💃🏾😂 I can dot her the same places as I'd put concealer, buff out with beauty blender & good to go 👌🏾😉

I have to try some foundations from Revolution, the two that you showed last looks nice. I prefer a light to medium coverage, and I love the NYX Born to glow! My favorite this year is definitely the Reboot foundation from Makeup Forever, a beautiful light to light medium coverage, natural skin like finish with a healthy glow - I love it! 💕
Oh yes! That it's a perfect combo. Nothing too heavy but the glow from within arghh *chef kiss*

Girl I'm going to be posting again today lol, you guys deserve it as I didn't post last week. Both foundations are good but different. The Nars has more coverage and is more Matte so it depends what you like. Personally due to my skin type I prefer Uoma beauty

😫😫😫 that's a good question. Hmmmmmm it really depends what primer I use. But I would say NYX born to glow, Nars natural radiant foundation and L'Oréal 24 fresh wear.

I have quite a few of these! My most recent has been the new Nars matte and the matte born this way. The Nars is the best foundation match I’ve found in a looonnnggg time! Loved watching this ❤️❤️

My favs are nars sheer glow, nars radiant longwear (Namibia), mented foundation stick, nyx sheer glow, ilia skin tint and elf flawless foundation. I think you would like Espresso which is the color i have it in. I think the undertone is a golden olive.
With the elf I've been suggested Sienna and espresso, but I think espresso is a little bit darker for me.
I really want to try the Nars sheer glow 😫
@@miss.sydz91 I bought the Nars NYX sheer glow in Cocoa off of @andrearenee's review saying it was a dupe. I don't disagree but I still reach for my Nars Sheer Glow when I doing more than just running errands type of looks like when I travel, go on date night, recreate your tutorials 😉
