Email numbers are much harder to find but I do have a free course that can help you with that. We pull them from propwire. whop.com/how-to-build-a-free-agent-list-for-agent-outreach/
Hey Chi. Just discovered your RUclipss on REI Reply and workflows. I have been trying to figure those out sonce I got the system 4 months ago and finally found someone who explains it clearly .....YOU! REI's tutorials and knowledgebase are horrible so thank you for making it complete, easy to follow, and understandable. Is there a way for you to share your workflows?
Email is a bit more tricky. I usually do a Google search for that or check my video on how to pull an agent list using Propwire. Those lists include emails.
The best way I have found is to simply ask for those and here is why.... Realtors change brokerages (& thus email addresses) like you change your shirts every other day. Often their online emails are no longer the ones that they use. So getting their phone numbers is the best thing you can do. However, If the agent has a live listing, you can pull that list into Propstream with the List Automator function and because they have access to the MLS you can pull their emails from there as well. Propwire will also export MLS agent information for live listings and other such things. You could alternatively build your list on Propstream to begin with and circumvent the need to get the List Automator add-on. Propwire may be a free alternative. i will try and do a video on all these options. Hope that helps.
So basically for agent outreach what you want to do is contact agents and let them know that you're looking for distressed properties off market. If you contact enough of these agents they will start sending you off market deals which you can make offers on and potentially lock up for an assignment fee once you can get it closed. That's the gist of it in a nutshell! Hope that helps

I’m confused as to what to do with the realtors contact info.

@@chi1st Thank you Chi!
How do you double like a video. Game changer!!!
Wow! Great stuff! Thank you
No problem!
Hey Chi this is awesome. Is there a way you've found to pull their email addresses also?
I get a VA to do that or send a text and ask for it. Agents tend to switch emails too frequently for me to assume something we pull is correct anyhow.
