Everyone has an attatchment style. It's developed from your relationship with your parents in your early years and nobody is escaping it.
There is nothing BS about it, it exists in perpetuity and again does not take away from this content.
If anything understanding yourself better will help you engage with this content and fix your problems even more.
Why Casey would not be leveraging this to help his cause makes no sense.

Bro, been following you for a while. This video of ur theory is just partially true like the attachment theory and love languages; it does apply only in particular time frames of the relationship. There is a point when you are with the person you somehow start to be yourself especially after u move in together. At some point you going to experience all the emotions she has and vice-versa. We are both human, hence not perfect. You cannot avoid talking about how you connect with each other, the way you skip out most of the things that involve a relationship is quite alarming. Once you have slept and lived with that person for a year or 2 Smv in your theory is satisfied you gonna have to start consider how you are being with that person on a weekly basis, if u start ignoring her taking her for granted you are not going far but most importantly you are not even fulfilling your own relationship needs. It's in both sexes interest to fulfill each other needs, I advice you to a good ifs therapist; no matter how much money you will make, a certain degree of fulfillment will never come to you if you don't let go of past shit, but the way you have to let it go is through your subconscious otherwise it will NEVER work.

I agree with his underlying message that attraction is not a choice. But, attachment theory is the idea that we as humans are psychologically conditioned to pursue nurturing from a partner the same way our parents nurtured us. We learn from our care givers what “love” looks like, whether it’s healthy or not. The main 4 types are secure, anxious, avoidant, and fearful.
What it entails for dating/relationships is that if a girl was raised by an abusive father, she has an insecure attachment style, and will subconsciously seek a mate that treats her the same way her father treated her, because through her brain, that’s “love”. This leads back to the idea that the way they perceive love with subconscious turn them on. Therefore, attraction is still not a choice through attachment theory.
