How to build trust and determination that should be unshakable. Because when we are in the precarious situation our belief is shattered and fear are rising uncontrollable.

You do not build trust, you use FAITH. You have to believe the professional and blindfold yourself. Just like when you are shot by a gun, do you "build trust" with doctors? No you shut up, lay down and let them do their job. They will fix you up if you don't resist, and you should cooperate, then things will be done. You are determined, by not giving up your faith, so you kept believing the doctor because they will fix you, and they are your only help. There is no time to waste, right, then don't goof around and mess it up more.

I did made a video about this topic before but it was more like a podcast. It's hard to tell you 100% because it requires personal guidance real-time like how I teach my disciples. But in general, you can think of anything that is related to people you are no longer friends with, or from bad sources that is negative to you, or like the "ex" kinda stuff, or sometimes you touch something and it always stir up bad emotions, headache or fights etc. Things you don't use for years and they just sit there collecting dust, and you have no feeling for it anymore, trash too.
