Do you have a video about the process of collaborating with IEM producers and the tuning process? Would be great to get a detailed deep dive. Would also love a video where you in hindsight talk about what you think about your now discontinued collabs and what you maybe would have done differently now.
For people getting annoyed at this and getting the so called "collab fatigue", just remember this: when developing any new iem, there is going to be someone responsible for its tuning, even if it's not a reviewer or anything like that. At some point, someone decides what an iem should sound like and how to get there. The fact that in this case the one in charge of that is a famous iem reviewer only plays to our favor, because he is someone with a lot of experience and, most of all, he's been "just a customer" for many years, so what he cares about is just the final product, what might be liked or disliked by the general public, rather than selling a ton of units or getting as much profit as possible from shitty products and using shady marketing techniques. And judging from the previous releases tuned by crinacle, there's always something interesting about them which makes for actually relevant products in the market and not just "the next iem by company x" or something like that. I'm excited for this stuff, perhaps because I just like wasting money on stuff I don't need, but also because all of the newcomers who will buy their first iem will have a much better pool of options to chose from, and if that goes past the "niche" or "hobby" part of the audiophile comunity, we could get overall better audio on all audio products, since the competition will have to up their game in order to not be made irrelevant.
Very well said. It seems that anybody who makes youtube videos and is a reviewer automatically gets a lot of hate because they put themselves out there in a way that other decision makers don't, and they get criticized more intensely as a result. I don't know why it triggers people so much that reviewers work on IEMs but I think it's a fantastic idea and a real boon to the industry and the products available on the market.
I really want to finally see where the Aful Performer 5 would be at.. Since I own it. In a market developing so quickly fear of missing out really is the only thing that drives the desire to buy something else.
I just bought the Zero:RED and they sound great, but they hurt after a while since they are 6 mm in diameter and I have small ear canals. It would be nice if you could have a voice to make the next collaborations a bit more comfortable.
The sister company of Letshuoer: Aoshida kinda just made the Truthear zero Red for 50. From the Reviews I have heard. They all seems to prefer the Aoshida E20. Fit and comfort also seems to be better.

Nice. Excited to see what comes out. Funny enough, I'm quite excited for the Zero 2, since it was one of the best budget value IEMs, but I did have a few areas that I felt needed to be changed, which looks to be all fixes with the 2. Keep it up!

Because you are new, here’s a small tip, don’t give too much care for the driver count, they really don’t matter. There can be stacks: multi driver all tuned the exact same way so it’s basically 1 driver. Or Multi driver crossovers: each drivers doing their own thing, if done well is incredibly good. No manufacturer would tell you which one their doing, so it’s actually better to try and learn to read graphs and learn good graph characteristics along with finding your personal taste, then combining it to find your perfect iems. Good luck in the hobby!
