How Stock Price in this IPO was manipulated by this Promoter? | V-Marc IPO Fraud Busted by SEBI

- The case at hand revolves around allegations of fraudulent and manipulative trading in the securities of V Marc India Ltd.. V Marc is a company listed on the NSE's SME segment. It's alleged that the manipulation was planned by the company's management, including the promoter, along with other connected parties.
V Marc initiated an IPO with an issue size of 60 lakh equity shares, priced at ₹39 each, aggregating to ₹23.40 crore. The IPO was open from March 25, 2021, to March 31, 2021, and the Stocks was listed for trading on the SME segment of NSE from April 9, 2021. The key managerial personnel during the IPO and after are detailed in the examination report.
Entities connected to the promoter, Vikas Garg, including Sudhir Gupta, Pratik Madhukar Sheth, Jinal Pratik Sheth, and Dharini Kurani, subscribed to the IPO. These entities were allotted a significant portion of shares during the IPO.
Following the listing, trading activities revealed gross purchases primarily made by Prijesh Kurani and other entities connected to him and the promoter, Vikas Garg. These purchases constituted a significant portion of the market-wide purchases and net purchases during the examination period.
The Examination Report identifies the interconnectedness among various entities involved in the trading activities, illustrating their roles and connections through call data records, WhatsApp chats, and other means of communication.
Further investigation uncovered a conspiracy to manipulate the market, with evidence suggesting coordination between the Company's management and Prijesh Kurani. WhatsApp chats between them reveal an agreement regarding trading in the Stocks, with the Company facilitating investment and Kurani acting as the market maker, sharing profits with the Company.
The Examination Report also highlights the role of various entities, hereafter collectively referred to as 'PV Manipulators,' in artificially manipulating the volume and price of V Marc shares post-listing. These manipulations were reportedly supported by the Company's management, providing funds, trading accounts, and beneficiary position reports to Kurani and his associates.
Additionally, funds were transferred from entities connected to Vikas Garg to Kurani and his associates, enabling them to execute trades in the Stocks. WhatsApp chats and bank statements corroborate these fund transfers and reveal the extent of financial support provided to Kurani and his associates.
The Examination Report talks about a complicated situation where people tricked others by changing information about stocks. The company's leaders and their friends might have been involved. The proof shows they worked together to make the V Marc stocks seem more valuable than they really were, fooling people who invested money.

What I can conclude after looking at the whole case is that in short term the stock is going to have a major hit on its price but if we look at the fundamentals of the company they appear to be pretty solid and the company is also continuously expanding so the future seems to be more brighter.
So when the price goes up hits the upper circuit daily and volume goes down slowly and daily that means that stock is fraud this is what I learned from price and volume kyunki koii bhii stock ki chaal ek dam sidhi nhii hotii h bich m ups and downs ek dam jaise hum sidhii jaadthe hain bilkulk vaise jisme slowly volume increase hota h yeah ek price and volume ki psychology hain.

All IPO's are priced heavily without justification. Even loss making company charge premium . They are hand in glove with SEBI.
