@Rezvibe hoping volunteers and or other departments are headed that way as you speak. And, will be there by this week end. Retired and volunteer fire fighters needed ASAP. Hoping they're asking for time off (their regular jobs) to go down & help. 🙏 A few locals could maybe help fighters slowly move/transfer the debris. Even if *only transferring* already filled wheelbarrows to a contained site or waste management bin. Forming a line or chain if only "experts" can initially move away or load debris. So, that more firefighters can reach more victims faster. And, point out debris on the outskirts; away from foundation and immediate area, that volunteers could transfer ... to speed up time (effort) used by firefighters to reach the site safely and quickly without falling, tripping etc. Volunteers can not get up close for safety reasons. But, giving them "something" to do to feel "helpful" decreases anxiety and stress. And, eventually would need to be done anyways. Local police could watch (monitor) every wheelbarrow transferred and dumped in appropriate bin(s). Everything has to be kept together (contained) until authorized by someone else what to do next. Cleaning up is not more important than finding survivors (or recovery) but, helps with the process of allowing a better more efficient rescue & recovery.
@@margaretlee-reed814 I somewhat understand where you are coming from but you can not allow any tom, dick or harry who is not trained in search and rescue running around .
