Im 6 weeks learning guitar now. Ive started finger picking patterns which are difficult to learn but getting there. In short i was involved in a serious motorcycle accident and lost so many bones including a crushed left hand with metal plates. Im learning guitar right handed even tho im a lefthanded as it works my fingers on the fret playing right handed. Already im getting feelings in my fingers again.
I hope you're enjoying yourself! There's nothing quite like messing up the same riff a hundred times, going to sleep, then like magic being able to play it perfectly the next morning.
That sounds really beautiful. Sometimes I wonder how in the world guitarists even play with the multiple fingers. And as well how your recording sounds so good.

I'm subscribing Seji....I have to learn these cool assed chords! I've been using these types of chords for years, for everything from a simple folk tune to a song we do. The song is called, "Summer of 65." The solo is played as an ascending/descending riff in an A scale. And it works perfectly to highlight the riff on the song, which is about a Veteran reminiscing about his term of Duty in Vietnam. I played a rough cut for a client. He was a Veteran of said crisis. The song brought tears to his eyes. I have to learn more.... I'm subscribing BrotherMan!
You play the guitar very well, Hoang Nam looks forward to exchanging and supporting from you and friends to exchange, learn and share experiences with each other. Thank you very much!
I love this, so simple, yet so elegant
シンプルにギターそのものの音が良すぎる。
そしてそれに技術が相まってもう最高
I love the teaching technique. it is perfect for people that needs to learn interactively that way. Absolutely brilliant and beautiful.
シンプルで美しい音色が日常に訪れたことに感謝します🎶いつでも美しい音色を持つことが出来ました🎶
Love all those m7/add9/accidented chords with ringing open strings on the acoustic guitar. Or electrics with gorgeous shimmery clean tones
What do you mean by Accidented Chords?
Absolutely agree, Daniel. Ya'd want a clean, 'sparkly' tone. Maybe with just a 'hint' of reverb to give it a 'grand hall' effect. JMO.
I learned them because they sound soo good😭 thanks for the chords and tabs

@@RagingCookie127 Yup exactly true lol

Seiji uses a lot of reverb, along with mixing his acoustic sound with the plugged up electric sound and does a nice stereo mix.
@Not In The Box Well, yes, but multiple fingers seems like a new thing to me. I used to think people only use their thumb.
As someone who learned guitar playing fingerstyle, I wonder how in the world other guitarists get so accurate with a pick...
If you haven't heard of him, I'd like to recommend ichika nito, he plays finger style as well
You literally just use multiple fingers… you get used to it after a bit…

Your technique is so mesmerizing to watch and hear the result of.
Lovely! I also think ending each measure on the open B string sounds nice too, as a variation on your great idea.

開放弦を使って通常の形ではないコードをならせるのカッコいいです…最近久しぶりにアコギを触り出したのですが、知らないコードが多くてびっくりしています。

The last one can be continued with an A then a G with descending basses - sounds uber cool.
Awesome…. Thanks for these ideas so unlike anything I play or have played before…
Thank you.
Awesomeness
Very nice. Enjoy your posts.
Inspiring. Thanx!
Thank you so much for sharing this bro!
This may sound dumb, but did you use the pickups? or the mic? or a mix of both for the recording? It sounds so amazing.
Not a dumb question
He might have been using blend setup for this.
I’d say the pickups and the mic are a 60% pickup/ 40% mic… listen to the thumb
sounds like he's using some digital reverb in there too
Was asking myself the same question and... we'll never know !
I just picked up guitar and I really want to learn how to play beautifully like you 😭
