    HAL looks amazing, imagine how good it will be in like 10-15 years. This suit should only be used in nursing homes and other workplaces were you need to lift heavy things. I wonder how it feels using it when youre not disabled. :)

    Japanese still lives to its engineering, electronic, computer science, I love that.
    Aaand...Japanese know how to make things compact, we are few steps closer to real future soldier suit, and it wont be long after it'll get upgraded to Crysis Nanosuit style, cause nanites are at its young stage in science and development, it'll soon be in a lot of engineering places and such, and we'll be able to replace eksoskeleton batteries to nanites that will fuel the eksoskeleton in many ways, and soon after that they will make clothes like that with nanites all around, possibly they will change your clothes color for starters, but for military it'll be in far more advanced stage, cause as we all know, military always pushes things at least couple of years further before civilians can get such advancement in common use + it'll be another top secret technology, and such Nanosuit could possibly exist by that time, but obviously in different shape etc.

    In Japan, they develop these things with the objective to make it available for civil uses - like hospitals and to help people lift heavy objects.
    In the US, the robotics is being developed with the primary goal to make it available for the military and to create more efficient killing machines..
    That's how you can tell a civilized country from the one with a primitive mentality.

      sslavi :-THANK YOU, THANK YOU. If more people in the USA, could understand that their hard worked DOLLARS, was used for this and they the American population, is not getting a return on that investment for the people I think the US government would face a barrage of angry Americans, asking question. like ware are the technological and benefits for the people. Looks like their more profit in killing instead of bettering people's life's.

    A robot suit named HAL developed by Cyberdyne, eh? Lemme guess: They developed it on a computer system named MU-TH-UR 6000 which runs on the newly developed Skynet architecture and their stuff will be distributed by the Tyrell Corporation. Next in line will be the development of the Flux capacitor. If their corporation isn't acquired by Weyland-Yutani first, that is...

      well.... in terms if the person wore it for extended periods of time yeah.... but try picking up an elderly man, whom due to health reasons and mobility weighs upwards of 500lbs.....that is hard lifting for 7 people around 150-190...... now if two people wore a suit like that for a given need of that nature. it would actually be a benefit. which is what the full body suit is for.also think of the military application.... yeah you train without the suit, but in combat situations, say you have a more sturdy full body version of the suit. most army rucksacks weigh an extra 150-200lb pending on the equipment the soldier carries. till now they've always carried that load unassisted, which does slow them down in combat situations.... imagine the lives that could be saved, if that excess weight wasn't an issue in combat?? the suit would quicken their reaction time and mobility...... I can see no end to the possibilities. I myself work in retail. moving extremely heavy items daily. now the daily aspect isn't so bad, but try unloading a truckload of everything once a week ontop of that..... my back and knees do impressions of a xylophone at the end of that day. so if I had a suit like this for that one day alone, I feel my physical abilities would be much better at the end of the day, not to mention the end of the week. and that isn't counting the acre of land I have to work/clean ontop of those tasks

    see Japan is able to make this work, but the US creates crappy exo suits that are expensive

      And the US only wants to use them for enhancing soldiers, meanwhile Japan is using them to help old ladies cross the road

    that 40 kilo lift is something every healthy person in the west could accomplish wthout dying from exhaustion...

    • @mr2000jp
      @mr2000jp  9 лет назад +1

      GreenFlu TheWicked well , this suit is for those unhealthy people , who need help , not for those who can lift the 40 kilo easily , disabled and sick people and the elderly in the west are all included in the list

      I just watched this video again. Ok, strange hairstyles aside, this is actually a very significant development which when matured will help elderly and disabled people to become much, much more mobile and independent. Fantastic....

    Япония и Китай молодцы. Они не думают создавая поистине талантливо изобретения, чтобы разрушить планету. Они думают прежде всего о самом важном и нужном что нужно на данный момент человеку. Если бы не Япония и Китай, и их уверенные и твердые шаги благодаря вовлечению интеллекта в нужное русло, то мы бы до сих пор жили в 50-хх, и о таких изобретениях, даже б не мечтали. Низкий поклон им.

    Вау!!! Эта самая полезная и нужная вещь, которые только создали ученые на сегодняшний день. Спасибо огромное за это чудо. Жаль, что это чудо изобретение не распространенно по всему миру. Почему его нигде не продают?? Оно должно быть в любом уголке мира. Ведь лежачих больных и инвалидов есть во всем мире, в кажом городе поселке, стране.
