This is what I am seeing also south of you. Lots of homes for sale but most are under 1000sqf and most are 60,70,80 years old. Just because you throw a coat of paint on and some cheap floor covering does not make it worth 50k more. As you said less desirable are sitting on the market. Spring will be here soon and I hope there will be more inventory and more realistic asking prices. Thanks for the update Kory and I hope you are doing OK with the slow down.
Thanks for the insight Chris. A lot of porcupine inventory sitting on the market here too. We have several sellers waiting to list in the spring. I think those "waiting"out the market will start to grow impatient this spring and my bet is things pick up on both the listings and sales. And yes, we are well. The slow down is needed.
Thanks for the stats, Kory! Best wishes for a wonderful holiday season.
Same to you Dave!
