    Brian was very attentive to your situation, incl. esoteric bike fit issues that mere mortals don't know about, and he gave you some great advice. Don't discount the importance of shorter crank length on your next bike, which can majorly improve hip function & therefore comfort/pedaling efficiency. Best of luck & keep the rubber side down.

    Just bumped into your channel Holly - I love what you're doing.
    I'm training for my first Ironman 70.3 and just bought my first bike a few weeks ago, along with a bike fit which also cost me just over £200. Money well spent though.
    I'm usually a lurker and very rarely comment, but just wanted to drop by to say these bike videos are very helpful/interesting - so please make more :D

      @@HappyHealthyHols there's a saying - fit first! Also - since you're training to be a dentist, when you look for your next bike, the running joke is that dentists ride Cervelo's.
