How fun to meet so many friends and spend a little time. Working a show booth is fun when you are enthusiastic about your product and like meeting lots of nice people, but it can also leave you drained at the end of the day. All good! Now back to boondocking.....

Welcome back Dave, Carrie and Roodle. I miss my weekly video. I'm glad all is well with you guys. Carol and I went over to the other coast for the weekend in Debary. We are also scouting out a piece of land to purchase for our very own private campground and build an off-grid cabin. You'll have another address to stay at when visiting Florida. 11:55 mark: Are you able to move around during the shift or are you standing in one place the whole time?
12:27 mark: They have campgrounds with showers and hookups? Hm. I might actually be able to do something like that (indoor work) since it would allow me to use my tiny 400w heater to keep the air warm in my rig while I'm in there. It would be awesome if the site had enough room to pitch a Clam shelter, too. I think I would choose Twin Falls, even though the pay is less. It's closer to the Southwest, it's beautiful there, and it's where I bought my rig. 😁

Hey Guys, Looks like you're hanging in there. This is the first year I've not made it down there in a long time. I did manage a cross-country trip last fall. Which was fun. Though a bit too fast at only 6 weeks. Combination of work and fun. I'll be off to Asia and Europe in the Spring to do a lot of walking. Need another break! Been working 7 days a week since I got home. Somehow this retirement thing isn't working out as planned. But then I didn't do too much planning. At least I'm still having fun and not sitting around all day doing nothing! Have fun out there......

Hi GUYS! It was so so fun to see you at the show and Chat a while with you. Val said he had a great chat with Dave. We came on day 4 or 5. In the afternoon.....nice and quiet. Were still out in the LTVA hoping we see you both again! Were you doing a meet-up out here? Maybe we missed it. Again we loved that Hot Creek Campground video you did a year or so ago. (we talked to you about that) Thanks!

We are 3/4 of a Mile from U.S. Route 95 on King Rd. We are about 8 miles past the Palm Canyon/Kofa Turn off. If you get to the Border Check Station You have gone to far….. the turn off is right before that.
Here are the coordinates on where you turn off U.S. Route 95 ( 33.2671545, -114.2389844)
After you turn off route 95…..We are 3/4 of a mile down King Rd on the right. There is plenty of room for ANY SIZE RIG and clearance will not be an issue.

We LOVE and always recommend the Falken Wildpeak AT3’s. Quiet on the highway and IMPRESSIVE in the back country.
Dang it! how did I miss you guys at the big tent? Well I guess it’s cause I didn’t go this year but if I knew you were there I would’ve came. I would super be interested in this job, but I know that the beet harvest wouldn’t let me do it because I didn’t have a sink in my vehicle. I have been almost 9 years full-time out of my Honda fit very comfortable. I took out the seats. I have a great bed I cook in here I use my lugaloo in here also! Do you know if the potato harvest will allow somebody in the campground without a sink in their vehicle?

You won't have to do the harvest this year, because you got paid to be at quartzite in a booth recruiting? How many did you sign up?
+@bertkelly7650 about 200 people signed up…. Maybe more on the website! I think the company was very happy with the interest! We hope to be in Alaska this year and won’t be back in time for the harvest and the Quartzsite big tent job added a nice chunk of change into the Alaska/transmission fund!
Every time we go to quartzsite we always ponder the question. Why people that want to get away from everyone come hang out with millions of other people trying to get away from everyone. 😂. By the way, if you're still in quartzsite, you might want to get out... There's about 8 in of rain headed that way
Were in a LTVA and not many around us at all. Rains been awesome. In and around our camp grass is starting to crop up.
Been a great winter. Not much wind (been here since Oct. 31st) some rain and lots of sun. Hiking every day and see a few ATVs that's about it.
+@TroutWest it seems most of the rain isn’t making it over the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range…. It has only rained hard twice in all of January but the desert is very green!
