I was so happy when he said he was keeping it as a pet. Lobsters are incredible creatures that can live virtually forever, if properly cared for. However at the very end of the video, he says he’s going to eat it, and my heart dropped. Personally, I’d love to be able to afford to take care of a massive lobster for the rest of my life. As it ages, it’s grows bigger and stronger and it would be incredible to raise the world’s largest lobster for future generations to admire.
If you haven't seen it yet google Leon the Lobster...this guy (knows all about saltwater creatures) bought one from a sea food or grocery store and gave it a home. Amazing to watch (14 M views in 3 months)...the bands did damage to the claws but you watch how it heals over time (and how Leon loves cleaning and decorating his home... only likes shells on the right side of tank lol).

Juan b they are very hard to look after they need a large tank with clean salt water with a proper filter and it has to be proper sea salt and a chiller it is very expensive and hard to look after and after his and catch em all record on fish keeping I doubt it would last more than 5 days with him

I was so happy when he said he was keeping it as a pet. Lobsters are incredible creatures that can live virtually forever, if properly cared for. However at the very end of the video, he says he’s going to eat it, and my heart dropped. Personally, I’d love to be able to afford to take care of a massive lobster for the rest of my life. As it ages, it’s grows bigger and stronger and it would be incredible to raise the world’s largest lobster for future generations to admire.

If you haven't seen it yet google Leon the Lobster...this guy (knows all about saltwater creatures) bought one from a sea food or grocery store and gave it a home. Amazing to watch (14 M views in 3 months)...the bands did damage to the claws but you watch how it heals over time (and how Leon loves cleaning and decorating his home... only likes shells on the right side of tank lol).
