Sounds to me like these are security perspectives focused on “cloud” and “data”.
The data lens is “cloud agnostic” and thus, spans clouds.
The cloud lens focuses particularly on cloud-specific concerns like network and identity management.
The overarching idea is security. But what you are looking at determines what you are partitioning in your mind.
